Turning off storage of ballot images is what started everything in Massachusetts w Dr. Shiva who thought there was fraud, requested ballot images and they said they turned storage off. Supposed to store for 22 months, if not, that's illegal. Then Shiva took to twitter with their emails. Mass. Sec of State has a partnership with twitter and had Shiva banned from twitter. Shiva now has a 1st amendment lawsuit going forward as. Twitter didn't act as independent platform so that blows 230 immunity.

9) They say he lacks standing, DePerno cites constitution.
In last hearing, he says how much more evidence do you need to show that we need an audit:
–Dr. Frank reversed engineered the algorithm that was used at the Sec. of State's office. Combining the census data and registration data, he can predict to 99.7% accuracy the outcome of the election. He's not supposed to be able to do that.
–Asar (?) report shows 68% adjudication rate, FEC legal allowance is .0008%
–They found receipts of 17 motherboards attached to modems
–They found the SQL module that can flip votes. They did in real time and submitted the video as evidence in the case.
