According to this article dated Jan 4, 2021 Brad Raffensberger does not have a brother named Ron and this is not his brother.
"Secretary Raffensperger does not have a brother named Ron," Walter Jones, spokesman for the secretary's office, said in an email to Lead Stories. "He does not have a brother who is an executive with a Chinese electronics company."

btw I was diggingKlaus Schwablightly and his World Economic Forum (WEF) and one of the first things I noticed was he formed it at the age of33
