Florida man “imsoofreakyy” caught selling child porn

Jacksonville, Florida – Antony Eugene Woody (33, Orange Park) has pleaded guilty to a federal charge of advertising images depicting the sexual abuse of children for sale using the internet. Woody faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years, and up to, 30 years in federal prison, and a potential life term of supervised release.

According to court documents, in February 2019, the FBI discovered that an online user named “imsoofreakyy” was using a particular social media application to offer child sex abuse images for sale on the internet. Meanwhile, the Clay County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) received a Cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that the same user “imsoofreakyy” was using a particular email address to advertise images of children being sexually assaulted. CCSO detectives were able to identify this individual as Antony Eugene Woody, who resided in Orange Park.

On March 22, 2019, CCSO officers and FBI agents executed a search warrant at Woody’s residence and made contact with him. During an interview with law enforcement, Woody admitted that he downloaded child sex abuse images from the internet, labeled these images with titles, prices, and his online contact information, and then re-posted them for sale using a social media app. Woody also admitted that online customers responded to his advertisements, that he would receive money for these sales using Venmo, and that he defrauded some of these customers by taking their money but refusing to send them the contraband images that they had purchased. Woody received at least $995 in profits from these sales through the Venmo app. A search of Woody’s cellular telephone revealed 33 videos and 40 images depicting the sexual abuse of children. Two of these images bore superimposed advertising language that was created and placed on them by Woody.

This case was investigated by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, the Westbrook (Maine) Police Department, the Broward County (Florida) Sheriff’s Office, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (Boston and Jacksonville), with the assistance of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. It is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney D. Rodney Brown.

SHERIFF: 44-year-old woman crashes teen birthday party, rapes 17-year-old just inches from 12-year-old girl

Charlotte County, FL – (CCSO) – Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes detectives were dispatched to a local high school on May 11th, in reference to a student who confided in a staff member that they were raped over the weekend. The incident took place on May 9th, at a home in Port Charlotte after a teen’s birthday party. The suspect, identified as 44-year-old Jessica Good (12/16/1977) and another female returned home around 2am after a night of drinking. After returning home intoxicated, Good continued to “hang out” with the juveniles while allegedly making extremely inappropriate sexual comments and providing the 17-year-old victim with alcohol.

A 12-year-old was asleep on a bean bag chair just a foot from the suspect and 17-year-old victim, when she was awoken by noises. She noticed the two actively engaged in intercourse. The 17-year-old victim got up from the loveseat to use the restroom, then returned to the loveseat where the suspect was lying. At this time, the sexual activity continued between the 17-year-old victim and Good. Immediately after, Good retrieved her clothing and personal belongings and left the home.

On May 11, detectives located Jessica Good outside her place of employment and asked to speak with her. She was ultimately charged with two counts of Child Abuse and two counts of Unlawful Sexual Activity with a Minor. In Florida, it is illegal for an adult (someone 18 or older) to have sex with a minor (someone younger than 18), even if the sex is consensual (certain exemptions exist).

Jessica Good remains at the Charlotte County Jail on a $150,000 bond.

Smart TV Makers Will Soon Make More Money Off Your Viewing Habits Than The TV Itself

"Smart" televisions have long been the poster child for the abysmal privacy and security standards inherent in the "internet of things" space. Such televisions have been routinely found to have the security and privacy standards of damp cardboard, making the data they collect delicious targets for hackers and intelligence agencies alike.

At the same time these companies have failed repeatedly to secure (or sometimes even encrypt) consumer data, their data collection revenue is positively exploding. Vizio, for example, recently noted that it made $38.4 million in one quarter just from tracking and monetizing consumer viewing and usage data. It made $48.2 million on hardware (both TVs, soundbars, and other products) in that same period, and that gap (if not already closed) is quickly closing:

"Its device business (the part that sells TVs, sound bars and the like) had a gross profit of $48.2 million in the same period, up from $32.5 million last year. While the hardware business has significantly more revenue, profits from data and advertising spiked 152 percent from last year, and are quickly catching up."

The problem researchers keep pointing out is not enough of that revenue is being put back into device security research and privacy standards, which is why Vizio, like most "smart" TV manufacturers, has been repeatedly caught in privacy scandals. Like that time it had to shell out $2.2 million to the FTC and NJ AG for failing to inform consumers this data was even being collected. By the time consumers got their share of that settlement, it wound up being about $20 per person. And it's not really clear anything would have happened at all if not for a 2015 ProPublica investigation into Vizio's lack of transparency.

The problem of course is that regulators, when they do bother to act, act half a decade after the fact, and only if a journalist exposes the problem first. Consumers then get a tiny pittance. And it shouldn't be too hard to understand how a $2.2 million fine for a company pulling down $38.4 million every three months off of consumer data alone probably isn't going to be an effective deterrent against future privacy abuses. It's viewed as just a light gnat on the nose and the cost of doing business.

Consumers do have a bit of control. They can disable a set's WiFi features entirely, even though in many instances doing so can disable core set functionality in obnoxious and unforeseen ways. Ideally I'd love to be able to buy a "dumb" TV that's just a great display with HDMI ports and no "smart" internals, but because consumer data is now so profitable, most TV vendors no longer even sell such an option.

It's also worth remembering that your smart TV is just one in a long line of systems collecting and monetizing your data, including the streaming hardware you're using (Roku, etc.), your ISP, any additional internet of things devices you've connected to your network, and even your energy company. While folks intent on downplaying modern privacy abuses often like to pretend this is the age of consumer empowerment, it's not really possible for consumers to "opt out" of data collection and monetization at the scale it's now occurring. Even with a lot of elbow grease, technical innovation, and external help.

Organizations like Consumer Reports have been pushing hard for improved efforts to warn consumers about potential privacy abuses at the point of sale, including them in product reviews and even on product packaging. And while their "open source" efforts on this front are really interesting, we're a long way away from this kind of transparency being the norm.

On Saturday, an Israeli man was killed after a barrage of rocket fire targeted Tel Aviv and central Israel, shattering two days of calm in the region. Buildings and infrastructure have been damaged in several cities in central Israel and the IDF downed a media tower housing offices of Al Jazeera, The Associated Press, and other media outlets.

Israel carried out hundreds of air and several ground strikes in Gaza, but IDF troops did not enter Gaza as part of a ground invasion. Gazan militants have fired some 3,000 rockets at central and southern Israel since Monday.

Former Tasmanian school principal denies historical sexual abuse allegations

A former Tasmanian school principal has rejected allegations he sexually abused two teenage girls in the early 1980s.

The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with two counts of maintaining a sexual relationship with a younger person.

The charges relate to two different 16-year-old girls and cover a period from 1979 to 1983.

It is understood he was still teaching in the early 2000s.

It is alleged the abuse occurred in Northern Tasmania.

The retired principal, who is now in his 70s, pleaded not guilty last year and has been committed to stand trial in the Supreme Court in Hobart.

The Department of Education said it was aware of the matter but said it was unable to comment as the matter is before the court.

Dr. Fauci is Finally Unmasked

Dr. Anthony Fauci has been the leader of the federal government’s politically based responses to Covid-19 since day one of the pandemic. The director since 1984 of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, he now serves as President Biden’s leading advisor on the issue. Last year, Fauci repeatedly undercut President Trump when he was working for the 45th president. And now he’s all in for Joe Biden.

In recent years, people on the left who lie and break the law – from the streets to the suites – have rarely been held accountable. One of them, in the opinion of many, is Dr. Anthony Fauci. Fauci is more responsible than anyone else for promoting lockdowns, mask mandates, and experimental vaccines rather than inexpensive, effective treatments for Covid-19. While most conservatives have lost faith in “Dr. Doom,” it has seemed like he would never be held to account for what he has done or that he would ever be compelled to relinquish his lifelong, incredibly influential, and highly remunerative bureaucratic perch.

But – keep your fingers crossed – that may be about to change. The serious unraveling of Fauci’s undeserved reputation as “an American hero” and “the most trusted voice on Covid-19” has finally begun.

In the past several weeks, a number of things happened to alter the status quo Fauci-is-god spin. For months now, outlying reporting, from reputable sources – including whistleblowers like virologist Dr. Li-Meng Yan who escaped from Red China – has maintained that the origin of Covid-19 was the Wuhan Institute of Virology. According to these sources, the virus was either a bioweapon or a horrific experiment that got loose by accident from the Wuhan lab. After being dismissed as a conspiracy theory, these possibilities to explain the coronavirus have now gained significant ground and gone mainstream.

On May 2, Nicholas Wade, a 30 year veteran of the New York Times as a science writer and editor, published a lengthy article, “Origin of Covid – Following the clues,” that examined and pretty much confirmed the hypothesis of the virus’s creation in the Wuhan lab. Tucker Carlson at Fox News, who has the number one show on all of cable news, building on the work of his colleague Steve Hilton who first reported on this subject last January, highlighted Wade’s article on the origins of Covid-19 on Monday, May 10. Carlson added an emphasis on Fauci’s role, noting Fauci’s pushing masks and lockdowns. He wondered if this behavior was “a cover for something else. Could it be that Tony Fauci is trying to divert attention from himself and his own role in the COVID-19 pandemic?”

The newly discovered Chinese military paper is titled “The Unnatural Origin of SARS and New Species of Man-Made Viruses as Genetic Bioweapons.” Eighteen authors at the highest levels of China’s military and academic hierarchy wrote the 263-page paper. It was obtained by DoS in May 2020 and independently authenticated by digital forensics specialist Robert Potter. Additional details of the paper will be published in Sharri Markson’s September book on the origins of COVID-19, “What Really Happened in Wuhan” (HarperCollins).

As time goes on, inevitably the truth will out – in this case, thanks to Fox News, Nicholas Wade, Stephen K. Bannon, Sharri Markson, the Australian media, and many other uncorrupted truth-seeking sources. As Brian Kilmeade noted on Fox News Primetime on May 13, Covid-19 is “The biggest liability case in the history of man.”

The battle for the real truth about Covid-19 has just begun – but fourteen months into the pandemic, there are finally some encouraging signs.

Cuomo To Bag $5.1 Million For Pandemic Leadership Book

New York Mayor Andrew Cuomo (D) will receive $5.1 million for his memoir detailing his 'leadership' during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the New York Times.

In addition to earning $3.12 million last year, state officials announced on Monday that his contract for the book also included another $2 million to be paid over the next two years - dwarfing his governor's salary of $225,000.

The disclosure is a slap in the face for New York families who lost loved ones due to Cuomo's nursing home debacle.

What's more, the NY Gov. was negotiating his fat book deal while several of his aides were feeding deliberately false data to the DoJ and suppressing a Health Department report that threatened to disclose a far higher number of nursing home deaths, according to the Times in an earlier report.

Cuomo's mishandling of the crisis has sparked investigations by the FBI and the Eastern District of New York US Attorney's office, according to the NY Post. Meanwhile, the state attorney general's office has launched a probe into Cuomo's alleged use of government staff to help produce the book.

This year, however, questions grew about the Cuomo administration's suppression of potentially damaging nursing home death data, followed by a spate of sexual harassment allegations and other inquiries into Cuomo or his office. In March 2021, Crown New York ceased promoting the book because of the federal investigation into the state’s handling of nursing home data.

In April, following reports in the New York Times and Times Union, Cuomo also became the focus of the probe over his use of government staff to help produce the best-selling book last year.

On April 13, state Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli invoked state Executive Law to issue a formal referral letter requesting a criminal investigation by state Attorney General Letitia James. STUDY: Vaccine Trial Participants Not Sufficiently Informed of Risks From Experimental Jabs

The current COVID crisis has seen an unprecedented push by governments and pharmaceutical firms to wave normal regulatory protocols and licensing of vaccine products under the increasingly dubious guise of “Emergency Use Authorization.” Recently, concerned scientists have sought to audit the ongoing pharmaceutical clinical trials by exploring the issue of the informed consent. Research concludes that the forms provided to participants in corporate pharmaceutical trials for the current range of experimental COVID vaccines are woefully inadequate and clearly obfuscating health risks to those involved.

According to a recent study conducted by Timothy Cardozo and Ronald Veazey entitled, “Informed consent disclosure to vaccine trial subjects of risk of COVID‐19 vaccines worsening clinical disease,” data reporting reveals that no sufficient literature exists “to require clinicians to disclose the specific risk that COVID-19 vaccines could worsen disease upon exposure to challenge or circulating virus.”

The authors proceed to note how the clear and present risks of participating in these large-scale experiment trials do indeed carry serious risks to participants, but that, “This risk is sufficiently obscured in clinical trial protocols and consent forms for ongoing COVID-19 vaccine trials that adequate patient comprehension of this risk is unlikely to occur, obviating truly informed consent by subjects in these trials.”

Conclusions drawn from the study and clinical implications are harrowing and should raise an ethical and humanitarian alarm regarding unabated government and pharmaceutical industry collusion, and cartel-like corruption being wrought on an unsuspecting and ill-informed public, on an unprecedented scale internationally, and which could result in a devastating implications to the health of countless recipients of experimental vaccine and mRNA gene therapy jabs.

The authors further note:

“……..that vaccines designed empirically using the traditional approach (consisting of the unmodified or minimally modified coronavirus viral spike to elicit neutralizing antibodies), be they composed of protein, viral vector, DNA or RNA and irrespective of delivery method, may worsen COVID-19 disease via antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE). Embattled California Governor Gavin Newsom Will Keep Mask Mandate in Place Until June 15, Because Science

Embattled California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) will keep his state’s mask mandate in place until June 15, because science.

Out of no where the CDC last Thursday announced fully vaccinated people will no longer be required to wear masks indoors.

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said she’s just following the evolving science.

“We now have science that has really just evolved even in the last two weeks that demonstrates that these vaccines are safe, they are effective,” Walensky told Martha Raddatz.

Many Democrat governors caved following the CDC’s updated guidance on masks and lifted their state’s mask mandates.

But not California.

Newsom, who is facing a recall election for his disastrous lockdown policies and hypocrisy, is digging in his heels and keeping California’s mask mandate in place for another month.

Starting June 15, fully vaccinated people in California will not need to wear masks indoors or outdoors.

It is unclear how people will prove they are vaccinated, or if they will need to prove it.

Noted attorney Harmeet Dhillon said if anyone tries to make her show papers of her private health status in order to move about freely in public spaces, she will sue.

Biden administration allows illegal immigrants to access federal housing aid

The Biden administration will not require beneficiaries of a massive federal emergency housing initiative to prove that they are legal residents of the country, Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Marcia Fudge announced Monday.

The department announced last month that it would dole out $5 billion in American Rescue Plan funds to help communities address homelessness by providing affordable housing and services. But the funds will not be specially earmarked for American citizens or otherwise legal residents; rather, illegal aliens may soon benefit from the money as well.

According to the Washington Times, when asked if the administration would implement a policy similar to one pursued under former President Trump to make sure only American citizens receive housing aid, Fudge replied, "The answer is no."

"We are doing everything we can possibly to take any living person in this nation off the streets," she reportedly added. "That's kind of our posture."

The news is sure to spark criticism from conservatives especially amid the ongoing immigration crisis as unprecedented numbers of migrants surge into the country illegally in expectation of lenient treatment from the new administration under President Joe Biden. As a result of the crisis, tens of thousands of illegal immigrants have reportedly been released directly into the country, presumably without court dates.

In 2019, during Trump's presidency, then-HUD Secretary Ben Carson proposed tightening regulations to prevent illegal immigrants from receiving federally subsidized housing aid.

At the time, Carson argued the federal government needed to "make certain our scarce public resources help those who are legally entitled to it.

"Given the overwhelming demand for our programs, fairness requires that we devote ourselves to legal residents who have been waiting, some for many years, for access to affordable housing," he added, according to the Washington Post.

That same sentiment, however, is not shared by officials within the Biden administration.

In a follow-up news release issued on Monday, Fudge announced that her department plans to send 70,000 housing choice vouchers to at least 750 local public housing authorities across the country. The initiative aims to provide some 130,000 households with safe, quality housing.

"While most of us spent more time in our homes than we ever have, more than half a million Americans had to spend the last year either in crowded shelters or sleeping outside," Fudge said in a statement. "With HUD's swift allocation of this $5 billion in American Rescue Plan funding, we are providing communities the resources to give homes to the people who have had to endure the COVID-19 pandemic without one."

Fauci’s Wuhan Lab Friends Held ‘No Compromise’ Communist Study Sessions.

The Wuhan Institute of Virology has removed several articles revealing its deep links to the Chinese Communist Party, including receiving awards from the regime for its efforts to boost “party spirit” and pledging implementing party goals “without compromise” during communist study sessions.

A Chinese-language version of the site reveals the lab has several Chinese Communist Party organizations, including a Party Committee, Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Communist Youth League.

The lab’s “Party Building and Scientific Culture” page also reveals the existence of a “United Front Group,” an effort which, according to the U.S.-China Security and Economic Review Commission, aims to “to co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party” and “influence foreign governments and other actors to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing’s preferred policies.”

The lab has also hosted United Front officials at its symposiums concerning infectious diseases.

Gone.

One press release reveals that Shi Zhengli – a Wuhan researcher listed on several studies funded by Dr. Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) – received awards and grants from the Chinese Communist Party.

“The Ministry of Education issued a notification, announcing that Prof. Zhengli Shi from the Wuhan Institute of Virology is approved to enjoy the 2014 Special Government Allowances of the State Council,” the lab’s website boasted before adding “in addition, she has been awarded as Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions of Hubei Province.” Administered by the State Council, the award “shows the care and support from the central government,” according to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

A now-deleted post from 2013 also reveals that the lab hosts a “Management Party Branch,” which received the “Advanced Grassroots Party Organization” award from the Hubei Provincial Institution Party Work Committee.

“By creating learning party organizations, and actively organizing various party branch activities, they have helped ensure the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s successful implementation of the “Innovation 2020” and “One Position, Three Major Breakthroughs & Five Emphasized Research Directions” development plans,” the lab bragged.

Gov. Cuomo laughs, jokes when asked about sex with subordinates

Gov. Andrew Cuomo — who’s facing allegations that he sexually harassed a series of female aides — deflected, joked and laughed before denying Monday that he’d ever had an intimate relationship with a subordinate.

“Intimate has a number of manifestations,” Cuomo said when asked the question by The Post.

The governor then turned to Health Commissioner Howard Zucker during a news conference at Manhattan’s Radio City Music Hall.

“I think we have an intimate relationship, don’t you think? Yeah, not a sexual relationship,” he said, laughing.

When pressed further on whether he’d dated any fellow state employees, Cuomo, answered, “No, no.”

The three-term Democrat has repeatedly denied that he ever “touched anyone inappropriately” in response to sexual harassment allegations from a number of women, mostly current and former aides.

Cuomo, 63, has also been accused of groping a staffer inside his official residence, Albany’s Executive Mansion, in November.

Also Monday, Cuomo tried to walk back his claim last week that “harassment is not making someone feel uncomfortable.”

“Yeah, there is a legal definition of harassment that is very clear,” Cuomo said.

“All I was saying is just, uncomfortable, does not mean sexual harassment,” he said.

“’You make me uncomfortable by some of the questions you ask me’ — that is not sexual harassment. There are other elements that also have to be aired.”
