I think that the OP in the March 2014 shroud pics did make an error/typo with the with the date, I think that it should have been March 2015. Original pic >>13712623

Other pics from March 2015. Apart from the SE shroud and lack of shroud on the "original", note the cranes in the background and the red colour theme on the pier/eye. Coca Cola took over the eye sponsorship in Jan 2015 and themed it red.

Actually, hold fire on that, whilst it may appear correct, I am not 100% that it is. The cranes appear in pics from 2014. The red illuminations, while a sound theory could also have been used in March 2014. One thing that I can't find yet though is the "extension" to the SE shroud shown in the original (Mar 2014) pic, but is present in the 2015 pics. There is also that inflatable barrier in the Mar 2014 pic - that does appear in other pics of the area from 2014, not exactly a solid reference point, but haven't seen it in any of the 2015 pics.

Haven't found anything with the north shroud missing earlier than late April in 2014 yet though. Maybe the extension will tie it to 2015, still going with this one.

Got to say those Dec images are quite compelling, Millbank tower lights seem to be a very good match, not 100%, there are the lights to the left of the tower that don't match, but the rest are very very close, especially when you take into account occlusion from the tower. Also if you imagine someone closing the doors between lights on/off rooms it is pretty much bang on, even with the low res etc I would expect some gradient between light/no light.

Scaffolding is also a good match, Nov pics don't appear to have the upper band of white

There was a big storm (Cyclone Dirk) during December. MP4 with sat images from the 23-25th.

>Cyclone Dirk was a large and deep European windstorm that affected Western Europe from the Iberian Peninsula to Iceland from 22 December 2013.

>Dirk brought heavy rain to most counties of Southernmost England, from Dorset to Kent, 50 to 67 mm (2.0 to 2.6 in) of rain fell which caused many pockets of flooding on 23 and 24 December. Rainfall for the 24 hours to 09:00 UTC on 24 December was 66.8 mm (2.63 in) at Fontmell Magna, Dorset; 66.7 mm (2.63 in) at Boscombe Down, Wiltshire (the greatest ever recorded there in 24 hours); 61.0 mm (2.40 in) at Mickleham, Surrey; and 63.2 mm (2.49 in) at Wych Cross, East Sussex – usually three-quarters of the whole-month's rainfall at these points.[6]

Good point. ROT3 + CH2 I would say yes, lighter coloured bumper that seems to raise up at the edges, brake lights level with the bottom of passenger window - I will have a look through the others.

And there is a yellow jacket guy in ROT3, not saying its the same as the yellow jacket guy in CH2, maybe, maybe not. But could also be a kind of marker, people getting off work, 5-6 ish, maybe park cleanup post storm don't know, just an observation.

I would say Christmas is a good bet, would explain the market closed/no people - I would expect a Christmas market/fair to be open Christmas eve, even if it was rainy/windy someone would go - esp as these pics cover sunset, sun/light appears to be in the west

The fact the Millbank tower lights match, not just match but stayed static for some amount of time could also point to Christmas, people on a break etc. I would imagine the Millbank lights aren't static for long. Was thinking could potentially be new year, another chance where most of the building would essentially be shutdown but the clubs/restaurants would be open. The dates on Getty do say 25th Dec, not 100% that is an uploaded/auto date and not user supplied.

I might have a look later anon, I used to be quite into my crypto. Got a tiny amount of ETH, bit of BTC and some shitcoins - will have to see if I can find any of my passwords etc, been a while. Its all a casino though.

No, you are right anon, looking again I would say the ROT3 car has a 'normal' kind of curved roof, whilst the CH3 may have a kind of mini spoiler, flatish roof to extends a little over the rear window. Also the number plate to brake light heights do seem different.

Maybe need to refocus my magic eye - back in the day, I was a comparative laser - off target for more than a while now.
