>Fren, am I reading the graphic rightly when I get the impression that the moon would still be visible in the morning sky after sunup?

Am assuming you mean the TimeAnd Date lunar simulation for the evening of 22DEC.

Yes, that moon which rose at 9:26pm on 22DEC will set at 10:45am the next day.

I want to report a mistake at the time I notabled the above post by an anon.

When I notabled the post I said anon had found "a" pic that matched the LisaMI6 pic by the MILLBANK lights being the same.

There were actually 2 pics anon had posted.

The bread was going fast, finding matching pictures. We should go back and look at what needs cleaning up. Those were open source pics that we decided were dated 25DEC2013. They may have an element we missed, again due to the speed and cross-conversations, but look at the clouds.

I think we were calling tentatively "25LONDON" but there are two so we should label them properly.

Mind the clouds. Interdasting element. Last dissipating remnants of a storm? I say dissipating because they don't have the appearance of a gathering storm. Ma be nothing. But we do have to do that discussion about new markers discovered and where that puts us.

Btw we should look for more good pics where those 2 Christmas pics with matches for LISA's Millbank building lights. Was that Alamy?

>we must treat Q's pics as direct evidence of some things. And that means details such as the shroud, the boards, and the Millbank lights all agree if they mark the same interval…

How do you see the recently discovered markers' effect on the the bookends for EMB and how that could influence the CH bookends? Or conversely, recent developments with CH affecting the EMB bookends?

Some recently discovered and notable markers are:

the Sidewalk Signboard dated 22DEC2013, the open source Getty pics dated 24DEC2013 which match the Millbank lights in LISA and partial scaffolding on SE with shroud on originsl Small North tower, numerous pics throughout March showing both SE and original shrouds up at the same time, and I have probly left some out.

Anon, could you get the conversation started?

Tyvm. Watched a bit. He, as a special advisor to the PM, must be a completely ineffectual failure as, by his own words, it seems at every single turn the PM did not listen to his sage advice. I find he is therefore blameless. ;-)

Anon, We have no evidence of that claim do we? The three Getty images are saying taken on Christmas Day.

Very important. The MILLBANK lights apparently match Christmas Day. This can still leave the possibility of Christmas Eve open due to no one likely reporting for work on Christmas since getting off work at 6pm (a ballpark figure) on Christmas Eve.

After Christmas, the increase in the chances of the MILLBANK building lights changing, decreases the likelihood of a MILLBANK building lights match.

It is a battle between MILLBANK lights and Westminster SHROUDS.

MARKERS CONSIDERED:

22DEC2014 Sidewalk Signboard (match with ROT1 signboard)

Getty Christmas pics 25DEC2013 of MILLBANK lights (match with LISA, ROT2, London2847) and shroud/scaffold match?

Currently, this anon is favoring, basically the time when work stopped on Christmas Eve to a time when people returned to work on Friday. I agree with the anon up bread who argues for inclusion of Boxing Day on 26DEC, and yes a lot of employees (the ones who can) might opt to take the next day after Boxing Day off, but there are going to be the unlucky ones who must "man the phones" on that working day of 27DEC.

This is where I see the target area for EMBANKMENT. It all changed with finding the one and only open source pic of the sidewalk signboard in front of HISP dated 22DEC2013.

Combine that pic with the Christmas matches for Millbank Bldg lights and the Westminster scaffolding on SE tower with Small North tower is shrouded.

So for EMB, am strongly leaning to a time period from 24DEC to 27DEC due to the very short "expiration date" to be expected for the MILLBANK lights configuration to "expire".

For WW and CH, no strong feelings. Just think we MIGHT look at those dates with DECEMBER in mind.

Comms? At the beginning of the vid, it addresses all "journalists" and advertises that the series of short clips will be relevant to stories between 17MAY2021 thru 30MAY2021.

The vid is careful to show an odd antique looking calendar fMAY. But which May? It doesn't match May this year 2021 but matches next year, 2022.

Was also thinking about an early closure on Christmas Eve, as is often seen in the retail and service industry businesses.

Anyone save those old discussions on business hours for TATTS/HISP for the holidays? ie Christmas Eve?

Was looking at that weather on TimeAndDate. The stormy weather ended by 5pm. Still they made the call to cancel the day.

With regard to CLEAR skies sufficient to see a STAR at WW, some dates are better than others. Sorry, didn't save any caps from that dig.

From my notes though:

22DEC- clear skies, then passing clouds, then clear again

23DEC- Rain til 5pm.

24DEC- passing clouds

25DEC- WW CLOSED but clear skies

26DEC- passing clouds

27DEC- clear

28DEC- passing clouds then clear by 9:50p

29DEC- passing clouds
