I agree that is odd, there is also distortion/artifacts/copy & paste errors with the background. Note the number of bars/misalignment of the bars on Tatters and the advertising. Can also see what I am guessing are remnants text in the top right of the sign. The shape, as previously mentioned, is also odd, would have been relatively simple to just blank out/edit the text. The new shape could be, with a bit of head tilting/squinting be half of a keystone, but thats a bit weak imo.

Did wonder if it was a phones not switched off ref, "switch off" is missing. Might be a bit of a basic theory, also does not explain the shape change.

Another marker to look out for on any new LisaMI6 potentials matches is the lamppost that isn't working between the ramps of Tatters.

Are you refering to the clearway sign? I think thats saying no coaches/buses between 00:00 and 08:00. Guess thats to stop drivers parking up and sleeping there for the night. Would also give us a time window for the ROT pics.

I agree, whilst everything does appear to be a good match, shrouds, lights etc at best I would say that would potentially point to the Christmas break. As Christmas was on a Wednesday in 2013, that would put Boxing day on the Thursday, so only 1 day (27th) in between that and the weekend, then the Monday is the 30th, then it is new years eve on the Tuesday so I wouldn't necessarily expect many people going into the offices for those one off days. Also the traffic on the roads, I appreciate its London, but the traffic in ROT3 does look pretty heavy, especially for Christmas day.

Just off the top of my head, Gloves_will_be_off could be a pre or post boxing day ref.

I think we should run through all of the bookends for the various sets, ROT, FSURV (split Picadilly from the WW pic - maybe not, Q did post them together), LisaMI6 is kind of standalone, WW? and start making some graphics for them (I will dust of my paint skills) - could then be posted into the Qproofs bread and also archived from here. I don't think that it is, the car moves across the junction of Whitehall Place, during that time we have nobody there, yellow jacket guy and then red jacket guy. Could be a reversible jacket I suppose, but seems to be quite a lot of changes in what I imagine would be a short amount of time.
