Maricopa County ‘Will Not Be Responding to Any More Requests’ Regarding Audit, Openly Invites Legal Action

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has announced that they will not be responding to any more requests regarding the forensic audit taking place, and has invited legal action to be taken against them.

The Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County held a special meeting on Thursday, where the Board, comprised of four Republicans and a lone Democrat, and slammed the current forensic audit of the 2020 election that was ordered by the Arizona Senate that is currently taking place in the state. As National File reported, Maricopa County has been accused of “spoliation” of evidence by the official Arizona Audit Twitter account, controlled by former Secretary of State Ken Bennett, to which the Board today responded with revulsion.

Supervisor Clint Hickman demanded that those conducting the audit send any evidence they find directly to them. “If you find something, anything, that was against the law, or was against our statutory authority, I believe we will be ready to answer that in a court,” Hickman said. “Especially when you are throwing around terms like spolation of evidence. We’ll see it in court, please bring it at that point, we’ll be happy to look into it because that’s what all this is about.”

Chairman Jack Sellers agreed with Hickman regarding the threat of legal action, and praised the entirety of the County for doing “an outstanding job,” and claiming that they were “united as one Maricopa County” against the forensic audit. “As chairman of this board, I just want to make it clear, I will not be responding to any more requests from this sham process,” Sellers continued, closing out the meeting, which was broadcast on their YouTube with comments and dislikes turned off. “Finish what you’re calling an audit and be ready to defend your report in a court of law. We all look forward to it. We are adjourned.”

National File reported last week that the forensic audit has uncovered “significant discrepancies” in the number of ballots versus the supposed number of ballots that were supposed to exist:

Arizona Senate President recently sent a letter to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, outlining the major issues discovered already in the audit, and offering to settle them without additional subpoenas or compulsory action. In the letter, says Epshteyn on Steve Bannon’s podcast, it reveals, “Pallet five, batch 2976, 200 pink slip total, actual total 165. They are missing 35 ballots out of that batch.” He added, “35 out of 100 is 17.5%. 10 out of 200 is 5%.”

“Do you know how shocking that is? 17.5% discrepancy in a batch is beyond belief.” He added, “In one they’ve got 18 more than there’s supposed to be, which is a 9% discrepancy. Again, if we are to have any confidence in elections in this country, how can we possibly be okay with discrepancies of double digit percentages? It’s absolutely mind boggling, anything above a tiny fraction of a percentage is unacceptable, by the way, unacceptable according to the Federal Elections Commission.”

Russia and China were both allies of the United States during the war against Hitler and his allies, but Franklin Delano Roosevelt had to fight against considerable American support for the fascist powers (overwhelmingly coming from Republicans) during the years before Japan’s Pearl Harbor attack on 7 December 1941. (In fact, on 23 November 1937, Hitler’s agents Kurt von Tippleskirch and Manfred von Killinger, two Barons, were secretly negotiating with top Republicans — including the racist Irénée du Pont — what would have been the Duponts’ second coup-attempt against FDR, but neither attempt succeeded.) As soon as Harry S. Truman (whom the Democratic Party’s billionaires chose to be FDR’s VP in 1944) became President on FDR’s death on 12 April 1945, the alliance with the Soviet Union ended, and the Cold War gelled in Truman’s mind on 25 July 1945 because of advice from General Dwight Eisenhower, whom Truman practically worshipped. On 19 June 1945, Truman wrote to his wife, Bess, “He’s done a whale of a job. They are running him for President, which is O.K. with me. America’s increasingly used method for conquest is the method that was first done against Iraq starting in 1991: international sanctions, followed by coup-attempts that, if unsuccessful, are then followed by an outright military invasion — with or without U.N. approval. More recently, this stepwise method (sanctions, failed coup, then invasion) is being used against Syria, but America no longer applies its own troops for its invasions, and instead uses hired proxy-forces (mercenaries), such as, in Syria, jihadists who are hired from around the world and paid for by the Sauds, and also uses separatist Kurds who are hired who have long wanted to break away from Iraq, Syria, and Turkey in order to establish their own Kurdistan nation, and who are controlled more directly from Washington (since the Sauds don’t control Kurdish forces). America’s troops in Syria train and arm (usually with money being supplied by the royal families of Saudi Arabia and Qatar) the jihadists (who are Al Qaeda-affiliated) and the Kurds.

Right now, America is using its post-WW-II position of being the world’s hegemon or globally dominant nation, so as to, basically, compel every other nation either to join them (as a banana republic or vassal nation) or else to become their enemy by destroying them, as Washington and its allies have done to Syrians, Yemenis, Palestinians, Ukrainians, Venezuelans, Bolivians, Ecuadorans, and, before that, Hondurans, Guatemalans, El Salvadorans, Argentinians, Chileans, Iranians, and many others in what Washington calls “The Free World.” Ideology is no longer the excuse. Now the excuses are “democracy,” “human rights,” “fighting against corruption,” and, of course “national defense” (which likewise was Hitler’s main excuse).

‘House of Prostitution’: Democrat Ron Kind’s Building Housing Massage Parlor Was Previously Busted by Law Enforcement

Vulnerable Democrat Rep. Ron Kind (D-WI) claimed, without evidence, that “racism” was behind concerns that a building he owns that now houses a seedy massage parlor, but newly resurfaced newspaper reports from the 1970s and 1980s indicate there is proof the location previously was busted by law enforcement for running a “house of prostitution.”

The building, located in La Crosse, Wisconsin, at 219 Pearl St., is now owned by Kind. Property records show he purchased the building in 1993. The current occupant of the space, Asian Sunny Massage, first opened its doors in the spring of 2018—about three years ago. Local news reports indicate that police have responded to calls at the location a total of seven times in the last three years, including several times in the middle of the night. No charges have been brought against Asian Sunny Massage, and the parlor’s attorney insists upon its operators’ innocence.

But before Kind purchased the building in 1993, local newspaper reports indicate, the exact same location came under serious legal fire in the late 1970s and early 1980s as it was deemed by law enforcement to be a “house of prostitution,” leading to the conviction of multiple operators of the establishment a little over a decade before the Democrat congressman bought it.

The La Crosse Tribune, on Jan. 15, 1975, ran a headline that stated: “Massage Parlor Laws Requested; Some Local Parlors Under Continuous Investigation.”

In the report, the Tribune’s Terry Rochester revealed that the location that would less than two decades later be owned by a now sitting U.S. Democrat congressman was known for illicit activity.

“The sign outside says ‘massage parlor-sauna,’” Rochester wrote in the newspaper report. “Inside the front door is a locked door and a doorbell. Beyond the locked door it’s dark. Upon entering one has to let his eyes adjust to the darkness before noticing that the woman leading him in is braless in a low-cut nightgown. On the walls are pictures of posed nude women. There’s also a nude statue in a lighted case.”

The report pictured a woman named DeeDee Forman giving a massage in a bikini to a man appearing to wear only a towel at the location that the Democrat congressman now owns.

The La Crosse Tribune report quotes then Captain Ray Lichtie of the La Crosse Police Department’s detective division as saying that several local massage parlors were under what the newspaper reporter called “continuous investigation.” The police captain was cited as backing local masseuses in a push for more regulation from the government to crack down on alleged prostitution at these establishments. Lichtie was pushing for some sort of licensing requirements in such spas as the ones highlighted in this report—including one that was located at the exact same address that Kind would later purchase.

“Even if the fee were only $1, it would give the police a chance to do a background investigation on the operators and report to the Council,” the police captain said. “It would be some control.”

The August 8, 1979, local newspaper report opened:

All three persons convicted in May of prostitution-related charges received probation today in La Crosse County Circuit Court Branch 3. But two of them—Joseph Kochen Sr., 50, and Gerald H. Saliterman, 31, both of La Crescent, Minn., are set to serve time in the La Crosse County jail. The third, Karen Martin, Minneapolis, was given 18 months probation for soliciting females for prostitution and was fined $559. Kochen was given four years probation, with the first six months served in jail, and a $385 fine. Saliterman was given three years probation for being a party to keeping a house of prostitution. The first 30 days are to be served in jail and he was fined $2,759. The three were convicted May 3 after pleading no contest. Saliterman and Kochen were massage parlor co-owners of the former Carol’s Sauna, 801 La Crosse St., and Ronda’s Rap (now VIP), 219 Pearl St. Miss Martin operated Ronda’s Rap. Kochen and Saliterman had pleaded to one count of keeping a house of prostitution. Another count was dismissed, but was to be considered in sentencing. Both faced $10,000 fines and five years in jail. A charge of keeping a house of prostitution was dismissed against Miss Martin. But she pleaded guilty to soliciting. She faced a maximum penalty of $1,000 fine and five years imprisonment.

A little over a year after that, the new operators of 219 Pearl St.—which changed from Ronda’s Rap to VIP—were also charged with prostitution-related charges, this time involving a minor girl.

“Suspect removal try leads to arrests,” was the headline in the La Crosse Tribune on Aug. 26, 1980:

A La Crosse man accused of operating a house of prostitution today was charged with attempting to get a 15-year-old prostitution suspect out of the city. Noel Scott, 39, of 219 1/2 Pearl St. posted a $10,000 cash bond for his appearance today in La Crosse County Circuit Court before Judge Peter Pappas. Scott was one of several persons arrested Friday during a police and state Department of Justice raid on VIP Rap, 219 Pearl St., and Lolita’s Massage, 316 S. Fourth St. According to the complaint, Scott asked a Milwaukee man, James Toliver, 25, to come to La Crosse and paid him $200 to get the girl out of the city. Toliver impersonated a Milwaukee police officer, according to the complaint. Toliver made his initial appearance in Circuit Court on a charge of impersonating a police officer and of criminal damage to property. The complaint said he ignited his mattress while he was in jail. The complaint against Toliver said he approached the group home where the 15-year-old is being detained, told the house parent, Valerie Allen, he was a Milwaukee police officer and wanted to see the girl. He flashed a silver badge, according to the complaint, but Ms. Allen asked instead for a police identification card bearing his picture. He then went to the county jail, where he asked to see the girl.

The report that day also includes more information about the charges against the operators of VIP Rap at 219 Pearl St. Under the sub-headline “Two face charges,” the local newspaper revealed that “two persons connected with VIP Rap Parlor, 219 Pearl St., face charges dealing with prostitution and minors.”

The La Crosse Tribune wrote:

According to police reports, Marilyn Scott, 37, and Noel Scott, 39, both of 219 1/2 Pearl St., were arrested Monday at 5:40 p.m. According to the district attorney’s office, Ms. Scott has been charge with intentionally soliciting a person under the age of 18 years to practice prostitution and Scott has been charged with keeping a place of prostitution and attempted interference with the custody of a child.

On March 12, 1981, a followup report in the La Crosse Tribune on the Scotts revealed that Noel Scott was sentenced to four years in Waupun State Prison after being convicted on charges of“operating a house of prostitution and trying to interfere with he custody of a minor.”

His wife Marilyn, who the report noted, “pleaded guilty to operating a house of prostitution at VIP Rap Parlor” was put on “probation for three years with no jail sentence.” The judge stayed a two-year prison sentence for her. The report said that Noel Scott at trial “claimed he did not know the juvenile’s age,” but quotes assistant district attorney Robert Wells as saying “ignorance of a child’s age is no defense.”

A Sept. 4, 1980, report in the newspaper indicated that Toliver had flipped on the Scotts in exchange for charges against him for impersonating a police officer getting dropped. He was, however, sentenced to time served–12 days–in jail on the property destruction charges for having set his mattress in jail ablaze.

Apple CEO Tim Cook will testify this week in antitrust suit brought by Fortnight maker Epic Games to refute claim the App Store is a monopoly crushing competition with 30% commissions

Apple CEO Tim Cook is gearing up to testify this week against antitrust allegations brought by Fortnite-maker Epic Games, which accused the tech giant of being a 'Venus fly trap' and a price-gouging monopoly.

Cook will serve as the star witness for the defense at the federal trial in Oakland, California, which could decide the future of Apple's fast-growing App Store.

The CEO - who until now stayed quiet about trial - has spent hours practicing for his turn on the stand with help from former prosecutors hand-picked by his legal team, according to the Wall Street Journal.

He is expected to refute claims of anti-competitive and monopolistic behavior by Apple while reinforcing its rosy portrait of the App Store - which raked in almost $54billion in 2020 - as an invaluable feature beloved by users and developers alike.

A specific date for Cook's testimony has not been released but he is expected to be on the stand for a total of 100 minutes toward the end of this week and or early next week.

Also slated to testify in Apple's defense are its former marketing chief, Phil Schiller, now a company fellow, and its head of software, Craig Federighi.

The trial kicked off on May 3 with opening arguments from Epic Games, which attacked the App Store as a breakthrough idea that has morphed into an instrument of financial exploitation that illegally locks out competition.

Epic attorney Katherine Forrest accused Apple of turning its online marketplace into a monopoly 'walled garden' that lures in developers and users before squeezing money out of them.

Apple essentially planted a 'flower in the walled garden (that) was turned into a Venus fly trap,' she argued in her opening statements.

'The evidence will show unambiguously that Apple is a monopoly,' Forrest went on to claim.

Windham Audit Team Will Look at New Hampshire US Senate Race This Week — After Finding Local GOP Candidates Consistently Shorted Votes

Audit results in Windham, New Hampshire show voting machines consistently undercounting Republican vote tallies.

Dr. David Strang M.D., is the Belknap County Republican Committee State Committee Member, with the New Hampshire GOP. On Sunday Dr. Strang examined the latest results coming from the Windham, New Hampshire elections audit. He was stunned with the results.

Dr. Strang believes the state has a huge problem on its hands. The totals from the Windham machines cannot be replicated. Only the hand recounts are reliable. And the machines are shorting Republicans in Windham at a consistent rate while Democrat results are barely impacted by the machines.

We reported on the numbers from the recounts in Windham in a Sunday morning post:

Dr. Strang notes that winning an election shouldn’t depend on your supporters inserting their ballots into the “right” machine, but rather, any machine, as they should all count ballots the same. Well, that’s not what happened on Nov. 3rd in Windham. NH.

The numbers coming from the legislatively-ordered audit in that NH town confirm what the concerned citizens of NH have claimed all along. Their machines are not accurate, consistently shorted Republican candidates and cannot be trusted to accurately count our votes.

What the recount showed was that when ballots were fed through all four machines this past week, one machine (Machine #2) reliably and repeatedly shorted each of the 4 Republican candidates roughly the same amount – 55 votes (Lynn), 54 (McMahon), 53 (Soti) and 53 votes (Griffin) compared to the results from the other machines. These audit-repeated machine counts are also different from those machine-generated counts on Nov. 3rd by 281 votes (Lynn), 274 (Soti), 276 (McMahon), and 279 votes (Griffin).

There are suspicions that other towns in the state have their own version of “machine two,” so this does not appear to be a Windham-only problem.

The fact that these machines do not agree with each other and have such a wide variation amongst the four just for the repeat audit machine count alone, means that the hand recount totals from Nov. 12th are likely to be the only accurate tally. If so, then we will have evidence that the audit machine count does not agree with the Nov. 3rd machine count, nor does it agree with the Nov.12th hand count, which is about to be repeated this week.

Next, the Windham audit team is going to review a statewide Federal race (US Senate) and a statewide non-Federal race (Governor) as well, as both of these races are scheduled to be hand-counted this week as part of the audit.

Regardless of what those two additional hand counts show this week, the city believes it already has ample evidence that the voting machines are NOT reliable, and it is time for NH to say goodbye to machine-generated counting.

Two brothers who targeted vulnerable teenage girls in order to sexually abuse them have been jailed for a total of more than ten years.

Muhammad, 20, and Hashim Hussain, 24, were convicted of a string of 'despicable and sickening' sex offences against young girls in Bury, Greater Manchester.

Muhammad was sentenced to six years and two months in prison after a jury found him guilty of raping a 14-year-old girl and sexually assaulting another girl, also aged 14.

Meanwhile, Hashim was sentenced to four years behind bars after he filmed a group of men engaging in sexual activity with two other girls, aged 16 and 17, on two separate occasions.

The offending took place between August 2016 and August 2017, Manchester Crown Court heard.

The brothers would regularly meet up with a group of teenage girls in Openshaw Park, in Bury, and buy vodka for them before heading to one of their homes.

Sex charges against a third brother Yasif, 23 were dropped an earlier hearing. Eldest brother Khadim Hussain, 27, and half-brother Kurtis Corrigan, 25, were also named in court as two of the men involved the videos. All the men denied wrongdoing.

Muhammad was just 16 himself when he raped his 'extremely vulnerable' victim in August 2016.

Prosecutor Henry Blackshaw said the girl, who was known to social services and deemed at 'high risk of child sexual exploitation', invited Muhammad to a house party at her friend's house.

FAA Launches Investigation After Determining Company Used to Fly Gov. Whitmer to Florida Not Authorized to Operate Charter Flights

The Federal Aviation Administration launched an investigation after determining the company used to fly Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer from Michigan to Florida during spring break was not authorized to operate charter flights.

As previously reported, Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer vacationed to Florida during Michigan’s Covid-19 surge while telling Michiganders to stay home and avoid travel.

Whitmer specifically attacked Floridians and blamed “snow birds” traveling from the Sunshine State into Michigan for her state’s Covid surge.

The governor’s spokesperson confirmed last month that Whitmer took a “personal trip” to Florida in March during spring break to visit her father who is battling a chronic illness.

Deadline Detroit reported that Gretchen Whitmer borrowed a private jet from a group of uberwealthy Detroit businessmen.

The Detroit billionaires have major dealings with the state of Michigan so when they were asked by Whitmer if she could mooch their private jet, they said yes.

It was previously unclear who paid for Whitmer’s private charter and when she was asked about borrowing a private jet, she basically told the peasants to shut up and stop asking questions.

The Detroit News on Friday revealed Whitmer’s private flight was paid for by a dark money non-profit and the cost was $27,521.

The non-profit was formed in 2018 to pay for Whitmer’s inauguration so it appears that she ILLEGALLY used the funds for personal expenses.

Whitmer paid $855 for her seat but the dark money paid for the remaining $27,000-ish.

The FAA says the company ‘hired’ to fly Whitmer to Florida didn’t have the proper certification to charter flights.

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating after determining that a company hired to fly Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to Florida is not authorized to operate charter flights.

The possible violation of FAA rules by Air Eagle LLC, the Detroit company that owns the plane Whitmer flew on to visit her father in March, adds a new level of controversy to concerns about the flight.

Elizabeth Isham Cory, a spokeswoman for the FAA, said companies that operate charter flights must have a Part 135 certificate issued by the federal agency. Other aircraft companies have a Part 91 certificate, she said.

The Gulfstream G280 Whitmer’s office confirmed she flew on “is not on a 135 certificate and Air Eagle does not have a Part 135 certificate,” Cory said in an email to the Free Press.

Another FAA spokesperson said later on Monday that it is premature to conclude that a violation occurred, but “the FAA is looking into the matter.”
