The Senate meeting is tomorrow, and they're not going. Senate asked them in a nice letter to come so they're allowed to refuse. Not like if the Senate had subpoenaed them it would have made a difference. The Arizona Supreme Court judge ordered them to comply and that didn't do jack shit, so why would a subpoena from the Senate make any difference.
