Not exactly. The orig. treaty was written in 1903, and the wording was "in perpetuity" unless you have a better source than Britannica. Torrijos-Carter treaty was 1977, and ceded back the canal to Panama over a 20 year period beginning in '79.

If you are the kind of guy who needs a document or a piece of paper to help you say FUCK NO, they cover something about a personal affidavit statement, which advises the other party of your status as a free person with God given rights, and etablishes a threshold of proof they would have to give you before you submit. Enforced unconstitutional edicts carry their own stiff legal penalties for the offenders.

This is what I hate about social media. On the one hand, people are dumb enough to plaster private pics of themselves online. On the other hand, people think they have a say-so about every fucking thing under the sun.
One thing that seems to have almost stopped is the half-chan "insider drops". Maybe I just missed them, but it seemed like almost every other day there for a while people were posting them here.
