I know that was happening during the board attacks but it looks like it still is happening.
The anon that posted it said he was banned because board volunteer keeps showing these ip hashes and claiming it's proof or something.
Anon last bread has a good point if the hashes are messed up, then when Q posts the board volunteers could claim it's not Q by posting hashes and claiming it's not Q or its fake
