The Maricopa Board of Supervisors and Maricopa’s Soros-backed Sheriff are begging the Arizona Senate to end their audit “for the sake of the country”.

Yesterday the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) held a press conference where they attempted to gain public support to end the Arizona Senate’s audit of the County’s 2020 Election results. The entire Democrat and Deep State complex are worried about what this audit will uncover. They appear to know that there is something hidden in their election results that they don’t want the world to know.

After holding their presser where the MCBOS attempted to discredit the current audit going on, the MCBOS leaked a 14-page report that they allegedly sent to the Arizona Senate. However, per the Head of the Senate, Karen Fann, it was never delivered to the Senate.

Earlier today [on Monday] Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward noted the Maricopa Board of Supervisors (BoS) was engaging in a propaganda war against the people of Arizona and the State Senate. It didn’t take long for evidence to surface.

270 doctors killed by second Covid-19 wave in India as overall medic death toll reaches almost 1,000

At least 270 doctors in India have died during the current wave of the pandemic, the Indian Medical Association (IMA) said on Tuesday. The announcement came on the same day India’s confirmed coronavirus cases surpassed 25 million.

“The second wave of the pandemic is turning out to be extremely fatal for all and especially for the healthcare workers, who are at the forefront,” IMA President Dr. JA Jayalal said.

Out of the 270 coronavirus-related fatalities among medics, most happened in the eastern state of Bihar, where 78 medical workers died, followed by Uttar Pradesh (37), Delhi (29) and Andhra Pradesh (22).

With 748 doctors in India dying from Covid-19 during the first wave last year, the overall death toll since the start of the pandemic has reached almost 1,000 medics, according to the IMA figures.

The IMA represents some 350,000 doctors out of more than one million across the country, suggesting the Covid toll on health workers nationally is higher than the agency’s figures indicate.

The higher rate of fatalities among healthcare workers in India and elsewhere is largely down to the fact that they spend a lot of time in close proximity with Covid patients, thereby getting a larger dose of the infection, which increases the risk of developing a severe illness.

The IMA earlier said it found that many of its members haven’t been vaccinated against Covid-19, and the organization vowed to ensure that they get the jabs needed.

Another problem, according to the health body, was that the doctors have been understaffed and overworked during the pandemic. Some of them have been forced to do 48-hour shifts without rest, which negatively impacts their immune systems and makes it harder to resist the virus.

India’s Health Ministry announced 263,533 new infections on Tuesday, pushing the nation’s total confirmed cases over the 25 million mark. Deaths from Covid-19 also increased by a record 4,329 people in the past 24 hours across India, with over 279,000 fatalities since the start of the pandemic.

Only the US has recorded more Covid-19 cases – over 33 million – and a worse single-day death toll when 5,444 people were recorded as succumbing to the disease on February 12.

Dwindling demand has forced governors and mayors to get creative," The Washington Post observed this week.

But one initiative in Dallas County in Texas is going far beyond anything we've seen thus far, and as many on social media have observed, it is downright creepy and bizarre in its brazenly coercive optics. Texas has long been fully opened and bars and restaurants are now packed, but vaccine sites are not, apparently. So naturally Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) thought it would be a good idea to go to the bars with the vaccines… along with uniformed US Army National Guard soldiers.

On a busy Friday night in a Dallas neighborhood widely dubbed the "live music capital of North Texas" US military personnel entered popular venues, including random convenience stores (as seen in the video), to coerce coax unvaccinated individuals to get the jab on the spot.

"So right now we are going to give a COVID vaccine to someone inside a 7-Eleven – this is what community service looks like and getting the community vaccinated," a video narrator states.

The Dallas County HHS featured its efforts in a short social media clip showing a couple of US Army solders in full camouflage fatigues flanking a top Dallas health official.

"We’re going out tonight too administering the COVID-19 to bar goers in Deep Ellum," the Twitter post said.

"By getting vaccinated you’ll be able to enjoy going out again knowing that you’re safe & protected" - except of course the people in the popular nightlife area this past weekend were already clearly quite comfortable "going out again" to have a good time. A local CBS-DFW news clip said of the new Dallas HHS-US military campaign that Dallas County is hoping to attract the "younger crowd".

Not only were multiple uniformed federal troops manning a "pop-up" vaccine table on a Deep Ellum street, but they were filmed going into the venues to confront encounter people.

EU Parliament report says regime change needed in Russia, recommends Brussels launch propaganda TV channel to help it happen

Not content with months of worsening relations and the potential for military escalation, the European Parliament has now put forward a draft report insisting the EU needs to be more confrontational in its approach to Moscow.

A draft report published online by the assembly’s Committee on Foreign Affairs caused consternation in Russian media on Monday, after statements came to light that argued the bloc “should establish with the US a transatlantic alliance to defend democracy globally” and “deter Russia” from supposed aggression in Eastern Europe.

As part of its “vision” for future ties with Moscow, the paper concludes that the EU should put forward a number of incentives designed to persuade Russians that a turn to the West would be beneficial, including visa liberalization and “free trade investment.”

It adds that the bloc “should also convey the potential benefits that it is willing to offer in return for a democratic transformation of Russia,” effectively committing it to a strategy of regime change, without commenting on the popularity of its current government or the preferences of voters.

The document, on which MEPs had an opportunity to offer suggestions earlier this month, claimed that “the situation in Russia is deteriorating dreadfully because of President Putin’s systemic repression of democratic forces,” citing a large number of arrests at unauthorized protests held in January. It also explosively alleged that, in the lead up to parliamentary elections later this year, Putin is “waging a war against the people of Russia” that could worsen as the results come in.

A poll published on Tuesday found that the Russian leader has the support of around 56% of voters, while each of the potential opposition candidates polled in single figures.

One tool in the EU’s arsenal to target “Russian propaganda” and bring about the transition it wants to see would be, according to the report, “the establishment of a Free Russia Television with 24/7 airtime.” With declining audience figures for traditional media, quite why a conventional TV channel pushing out the EU’s talking points would change the landscape in Russia is unclear, given that other state-run broadcasters like America’s RFERL and Britain’s BBC offer similar services already. Furthermore, the presence of a large number of Russian-language news sites and YouTube channels that take a critical stance of the government means that there is no shortage of access to opposition-leaning coverage.

At the same time, the committee puts forward a number of extreme steps that it says the bloc should take. It insists that Brussels “must be prepared not to recognize the parliament of Russia and to ask for Russia’s suspension from international organizations with parliamentary assemblies if the 2021 parliamentary elections in Russia are recognized as fraudulent.”

America First Nonprofit Announces Lawsuit Against Ohio’s Stark County Board of Elections Over Dominion Contract Vote

An America First nonprofit organization has announced a lawsuit against the Stark County Board of Elections for violating Ohio’s Open Meetings Act in their consideration of the purchase of Dominion voting equipment.

The suit was filed in the Court of Common Pleas in Stark County on behalf of the non-profit Look Ahead America and Start County Resident Merry Lynne Rini of Massillon.

The executive director of LAA is Matt Braynard, the former Director of Data and Strategy for the Trump campaign.

“The process engaged in by the Board of Elections was not transparent and open to the public. Right before voting on the contract with Dominion, the board excluded the public for eighteen minutes from their discussion and deliberations. Nothing necessitated the public’s exclusion. And for the next months thereafter, they continued to exclude the public when discussing the contract with Dominion. That’s not consistent with both the letter and spirit of Ohio’s Open Meetings Act and we are going to get justice for the residents of Stark County Ohio,” Matt Braynard, Executive Director of Look Ahead America, said in a statement provided to the Gateway Pundit.

Braynard added “further, we are determined to ensure that any voting equipment purchased relies on open source software and hardware. This will restore trust, lower election costs, and create home state jobs for Clark County elections.”

Look Ahead America, according to their website, was created by over thirty former Trump for President campaign staffers.

Voting Machines in Pennsylvania County Only Rejecting Republican Ballots

Elections officials in a Pennsylvania County are working to resolve a problem dealing with voting machines rejecting ballots.

Voting machines in Fayette County are only rejecting Republican ballots, according to Chris Varney, Judge of Elections.

At first, Varney was under the impression that there was a problem will the barcodes on all ballots, but it turns out only Republican ballots are being rejected.

How strange.

It is unclear when the problem will be resolved.

In the meantime, elections officials are collecting the Republican ballots and storing them in the back of the voting machines.

Pittsburgh CBS reported:

Numerous voters have contacted KDKA, reporting that their Republican ballots were not accepted.

The Fayette County Bureau of Elections has confirmed that precincts across the county are having issues with machines not scanning bar codes on all ballots, for both Republicans and Democrats.

Hutchison Elementary School, the polling location for South Union Township’s 3rd voting district, was among those having issues on Tuesday morning.

Chris Varney, Judge of Elections says they were initially under the impression that it was a problem with all ballots, but then determined it was only a problem with Republican ballots.

The solution provided by Fayette County officials was to collect ballots from voters and store them in the back of voting machines — but not to scan any of them to ensure the process was handled in a fair manner.

Church of Sweden diocese proclaims itself ‘trans’ in open letter denouncing ‘narrow gender norms’

A Church of Sweden diocese has published a statement declaring itself transgender and condemning the media, ‘right-wing’ groups and even feminists for allegedly discriminating against people with different gender identities.

Published on the Vasteras diocese's website, the declaration, titled ‘Personal letter to you who are trans,’ states that the Lutheran national church could arguably identify as transgender because of its diverse array of priests, employees and parishioners.

“We write to you from a church that is also trans,” the letter begins. “A church is made up of people. People are different. We have confirmees, employees, churchwardens, elected representatives, non-profits, and other parishioners who define themselves as trans people. The church also consists of trans people. Therefore, the church could be described as trans.”

The letter goes on to state that it could no longer remain silent as media outlets, “radical right-wing Christian groups” and “trans-excluding” feminists allegedly conspire to deprive transgender people of their rights and human dignity.

The statement lamented how trans people have been subjected to “words and actions” from “humanity's darkest sides” and called for “a broad solidarity feminism that fights narrow gender norms.”

The letter proceeds to compare the plight of transgender people to a story in the Bible about an exploited slave girl who is driven into the desert by her cruel masters.

No one can strip you of your gender identity and your human dignity, the statement proclaims, adding that God and the Church of Sweden embraces “humanity in all the colors of the rainbow.”

Authored by six church members, four of them priests, the letter garnered nearly 1,000 signatures from fellow priests, deacons, and other people affiliated with the Church of Sweden.

The letter seemed to divide Swedes. Some applauded the declaration as inclusive and proof of the church’s much-touted progressive values.

Others criticized the church for becoming “a haunt for left-wing activists” while sidelining actual Christian teachings.

Sweden’s national church has taken bold stances on gender and sexuality in the past. The church previously revealed plans to update its hymnal with more inclusive language and, in one high-profile incident, unveiled an altarpiece that replaced Adam and Eve with gay couples, and also featured a transgender serpent.

US Again Blocks UN Statement Urging Halt To Gaza Violence - Accused Of "Obstructionism"

Perhaps entirely as expected (given it was the same pattern in past Israel-Gaza conflicts), the United States on Monday blocked an attempt of the UN Security Council to pass a joint statement calling for an immediate end to the Israeli-Palestinian violence.

And Israel promptly "thanked" the United States for blocking the statement urging peace…

This marks the third time within a week that the US has thwarted UN efforts toward urging a ceasefire, which sent the security council into an emergency closed-door session planned for Tuesday.

Despite the Gaza death toll in Gaza from Israeli airstrikes surpassing 200 by the end of Monday, and with at least ten Israeli civilian deaths from Hamas rocket fire, one US diplomat said they "could not currently support an expression" by the Security Council, according to AFP.

The AFP notes that "The text drafted by China, Tunisia and Norway was submitted late Sunday for approval Monday by the council's 15 members" and that it has "held three emergency meetings on the escalating violence in the past week, the latest on Sunday, without reaching a common position - with Israel's main ally the United States accused of obstructionism."

On the effectiveness toward bringing the warring parties into a ceasefire agreement, UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric stressed: "I would really restate the need for a very strong and unified voice from the Security Council, which we think will carry weight".

During a Monday phone call, President Joe Biden conveyed to PM Netanyahu for the first time since fighting began that he's ready to "support" a ceasefire; however, the Israeli leader reportedly answered that he "wants to complete all the goals of the Gaza operation," according to Axios correspondent Barak Ravid.

Singapore approves Pfizer Covid-19 jab for use in children as it opts to close schools amid coronavirus spike

Singaporean health authorities have approved Pfizer’s coronavirus jab for use among children aged 12 to 15. The move comes as the country closed schools over fears that new Covid-19 strains are more dangerous for children.

The approval was announced by Singapore’s health ministry on Tuesday.

“The data showed that the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine demonstrated high efficacy consistent with that observed in the adult population,” the ministry said in a statement, adding that the vaccine’s “safety profile is also consistent with the known safety profile in the adult population.”

The move follows the announced nationwide closure of schools. Starting from Wednesday, primary and secondary schools, as well as junior colleges will move to home-based classes. The measure will be in place for the remainder of the ongoing school term, which ends on May 28.

However, younger children are still quite far from becoming subjects of the vaccine mass rollout. The country’s immunization program has been going on in five-year age bands, progressively moving from the older to younger citizens. Starting from Wednesday, people aged between 40 and 44 will be invited to register for vaccination.

“Our supply of vaccines has been steadily coming in, but remains limited, given high global demand,” the ministry noted.

So far, the city-state, which is home to over 5.7 million people, has administered around 3.4 million doses of coronavirus jabs. Some 1.4 million people have received two doses, while the rest have got a single one so far.

To circumvent the limited supply, the health authorities opted for extension of the interval between the two doses, bumping it twofold from the current three to four weeks. The change will allow authorities to cover more people with at least a single dose of Covid19 jabs.

“The difference is that we are trying to, instead of having a good number of people getting maximum protection, we make sure we get the maximum number of people get good protection,” Health Minister Ong Ye Kung told a news briefing . “If all goes smoothly, some time in August, about 4.7 million individuals will be covered by vaccination, at least one dose.”

Andrew Giuliani Announces Bid for New York Governor in 2022

Andrew Giuliani, the son of former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani, announced Tuesday that he’s officially running for governor of New York in 2022.

The young Giuliani, who also served as a former aide in the Trump administration, launched a campaign website on Tuesday, touting several of his accomplishments in the state and his experience as a business CEO while also completing an apprenticeship in finance and real estate during that time.

“For New Yorkers, Andrew helped to preserve thousands of MTA jobs by facilitating CARES Act funding,” the website reads. “He also worked with the Treasury Department and Health and Human Services to ensure that the $3.9 million that had been inadvertently taken out of the 9/11 First Responders Fund over thirteen years and three administrations was completely refunded.”

Giuliani, 35, told several media outlets early last month he was “strongly considering” a run for New York governor in 2022.

“I plan to run,” Giuliani told the Washington Examiner, saying that he believes he has the best chance to “win and take the state back” outside of “anybody named Trump.”

“I think there’s an opportunity in 2022 with a wounded Democratic candidate, whether it’s going to be Gov. [Andrew] Cuomo, whether it’s going to be a radical [Attorney General] Letitia James, whether it’s going to be a no-name lieutenant governor, I think there’s a very, very real chance to win,” he said.

Giuliani, who has never been elected to public office, will be running against several other Republicans who have already declared their candidacies, including Rep. Lee Zeldin, who currently represents the state’s 1st Congressional District and has already been backed by several Republican officials.

Giuliani’s announcement for candidacy comes amid a series of escalating controversies for Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a Democrat now in his third term and expected to run for a fourth who has recently been met with multiple allegations of sexual harassment against him, as well as his handling of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus pandemic, particularly regarding nursing home deaths.

Cuomo, 63, has denied the allegations against him.

This month, the president and owner of Oil Chem Inc. was sentenced to 12 months in prison for violating the Clean Water Act. Robert J. Massey, 70, of Brighton, Michigan, carried out illegal discharges of landfill leachate — totaling more than 47 million gallons — into the city of Flint sanitary sewer system over an eight and a half year period.

Massey pleaded guilty in January and received his sentence on Friday. According to the Department of Justice, the company held a Clean Water Act permit issued by the city of Flint, which allowed it to discharge certain industrial wastes within permit limitations. The city’s sanitary sewers flow to its municipal wastewater treatment plant, where treatment takes place before the wastewater is discharged to the Flint River. The treatment plant’s discharge point for the treated wastewater was downstream of the location where drinking water was taken from the Flint River in 2014 to 2015.

From January 2007 through October 2015, Massey arranged for Oil Chem to receive 47,824,293 gallons of landfill leachate from eight different landfills located in Michigan. One of the landfills was found to have polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in its leachate. PCBs are known to be hazardous to human health and the environment.

This toxic waste was not accidentally leaked either. Massey had criminal intent when releasing mass pollution on the unwitting residents of Flint.

According to court documents, Massey signed and certified Oil Chem’s 2008 permit application and did not disclose that his company had been and planned to continue to receive landfill leachate, which it discharged to the sewers untreated. Nor did Massey disclose to the city when Oil Chem started to discharge this new waste stream, which the permit also required. Massey directed employees of Oil Chem to begin discharging the leachate at the close of business each day, which allowed the waste to flow from a storage tank to the sanitary sewer overnight.

Though the 70-year-old toxic waste tycoon was given a prison sentence for his crimes, it comes nowhere near a just sentence for the scope of his actions. The United States justice systems allows for rampant crimes which affect thousands of people to go largely unpunished, Like Massey’s, while viciously prosecuting folks in the war on drugs.

Highlighting this disparity is the case of Allen Russell, a 38-year-old man from Mississippi, who is serving a life sentence for marijuana possession.

Russell was caught with a little over 1 ounce of marijuana in the state of Mississippi. And, despite the fact that the state just legalized medical marijuana in November, “possession of between 30 and 250 grams is a felony punishable by a maximum of 3 years imprisonment and/or a maximum fine of $3,000.”

40 Million Fake Masks, 200,000 Counterfeit COVID Tests Seized.

Customs and Border Protection officials seized nearly 40 million masks and 200,000 COVID-19 test kits over the course of the last four months.

The staggering numbers come from the agency’s April report, which notes that between January 1, 2020, and April 30, 2021, CBP seized “more than 38 million counterfeit face masks seized in 770 incidents.” The figure works out to roughly 320,000 fake masks being caught by U.S. officials per day.

Customs and Border Protection also collected “more than 183,000 FDA-prohibited COVID-19 test kits in 423 incidents,” noting “these items were either prohibited for not meeting legal requirements, or they were potentially unlicensed.”

Approximately 450,000 containers of hand sanitizer were also seized in 37 incidents and 37,000 EPA-prohibited anti-virus lanyards were unearthed in 118 incidents.

33 individuals arrested in Mississippi narcotics investigation

JACKSON, Miss. – 33 individuals were arrested as part of a sweeping law enforcement operation that targeted members of a drug trafficking organization responsible for the distribution of significant quantities of methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana in the Neshoba County, Mississippi area.

The arrests, conducted Friday and continuing over the weekend, were led by the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, the Neshoba County Sheriff’s office, the Philadelphia Police Department, the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office, and the Drug Enforcement Administration following a multi-year investigation in collaboration with Homeland Security Investigations New Orleans.

“The arrest culminating Operation High Life is a definitive example of the coalesced commitment among local, state and federal law enforcement to ensure public safety for all Mississippians,” said Colonel Steven A. Maxwell, Director of the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics. “However, the seizure of fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana is a clear indicator of how pervasive the drug culture is throughout our communities. These drugs were contributed to the loss of more than 500 Mississippians in 2020.”

The investigation, dubbed Operation High Life, is the result of ongoing Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) efforts, a partnership that brings together the combined expertise and unique abilities of federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.

“This investigation is about more than disrupting the flow of drugs being trafficked into and around our communities; it’s also about removing violent criminal elements that often accompanies transnational criminal activities,” said HSI New Orleans acting Special Agent in Charge Jack Staton. “Today’s operation demonstrates that HSI will continue to support our law enforcement partners to identify, investigate and disrupt criminal organizations that threaten our communities.”

Prior to today’s arrests, the ongoing investigation had resulted in 38 state and federal convictions and the seizure of 85 pounds of methamphetamine, 5 kilograms of cocaine, 270 pounds of marijuana, 300 dosage units of fentanyl and 16 firearms. The investigation’s most recent conviction occurred Wednesday, with the sentencing of Landon Marquale Dupree, 35, of Philadelphia, Mississippi, who was charged with and pled guilty in the Southern District of Mississippi to selling methamphetamine to an individual on July 15, 2019. Dupree was sentenced to serve 189 months in federal prison, followed by eight years of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay $4,595 in restitution to the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics.

“This operation protects our children and those in our communities from dangerous, destructive and deadly drugs and from the violence that comes with these criminal enterprises,” said Attorney General Lynn Fitch. “The Attorney General’s Office will continue to partner with local, State and federal partners in efforts like this one to keep our communities safe and secure.”

OSHA drops BOMBSHELL: Employers who mandate covid vaccines may be held liable for “any adverse reaction”

The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is warning employers that they will be held liable for any adverse events resulting from mandatory Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccination” policies.

If an employee who was forced to be injected with experimental mRNA gene therapy becomes paralyzed or dies, for instance, that injury or death will be considered “work-related,” meaning the employer will be held responsible.

In the “Frequently Asked Questions” section of a new OSHA guidance that was issued on April 20, the agency explains that all employers who mandate experimental Chinese Virus shots are required to record any adverse events that result from the injections.

In response to the question, “If I require my employees to take the COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of their employment, are adverse reactions to the vaccine recordable?” this is what OSHA says:

“If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related. The adverse reaction is recordable if it is a new case under 29 CFR 1904.6 and meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7.”

What this means is that employers who try to force their employees to get injected are opening themselves up to lawsuits, worker’s compensation claims and a negatively impacted safety record. Tread at your own risk, employers.

New ad goes after Biden and CDC for working with teachers' union to pay back liberal dark-money donors

A nonprofit organization made up of lawyers and researchers seeking to uncover corruption in the U.S. government just launched a new ad going after President Joe Biden and his Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for ignoring science and instead kowtowing to teachers' unions and keeping schools closed.

The ad goes after the administration and the CDC for working with the American Federation of Teachers in the shadows to keep kids out of school — all "to pay back liberal dark money groups."

What does the ad say?

Americans for Public Trust announced a $1 million ad campaign "calling out" President Biden, "the dark money president," and the CDC after it was revealed that the agency charged with fighting for Americans' health interests was instead collaborating with the AFT to block school reopenings.

The New York Post, citing damning unearthed emails, revealed in early May that the AFT, the nation's second-largest teachers' union, successfully lobbied the CDC not to recommend earlier this year that schools could fully reopen safely. The emails were provided to the Post by Americans for Public Trust, which had received the emails via a Freedom of Information Act request.

As previously reported, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky repeatedly insisted that the agency's guidance on schools was "free from political meddling."

Also complicating matters over the scandal is the fact that the AFT donated nearly $20 million to Democrats in the 2020 election cycle.

This incident prompted House Republicans to push for an investigation into what happened and demand to know why "the CDC has been taking its cues from teachers' unions instead of following the science."

The donations coupled with the AFT-influenced CDC guidance led leadership at Americans for Public Trust to shoot a new ad challenging the Biden White House's efforts to pay back liberal dark-money donors.

"We know schools are safe, but Biden and his CDC secretly worked with the teachers' unions to keep schools closed," the ad begins, following clips of the president urging Americans to "listen to the scientists."

The ad says Biden's CDC is guilty of "sacrificing kids, keeping them out of school to pay back liberal dark-money groups."

"Teachers' unions gave him a record amount of money," the voice-over says.

"Science? No," the ad concludes. "With Biden it's always about dark money."

Voting machines in Fayette County are only rejecting Republican ballots, according to Chris Varney, Judge of Elections.

At first, Varney was under the impression that there was a problem will the barcodes on all ballots, but it turns out only Republican ballots are being rejected.

How strange.

It is unclear when the problem will be resolved.

In the meantime, elections officials are collecting the Republican ballots and storing them in the back of the voting machines.

Media Quietly Reports that US Retail Sales Unexpectedly Stalled in April and By Some Measurements Declined

Retail Sales in April stalled according to the Commerce Department. When factoring out the fluctuations in food, gas, and autos, sales actually decreased.

American consumers spent less at stores last month. U.S. retail sales unexpectedly stalled in April as the boost from stimulus checks faded.

The Commerce Department said Friday sales were flat following a nearly 11% surge in March. Economists had expected sales would increase modestly.

Once you strip out the impact of volatile items like food, gas and autos, the so-called core retail sales dropped 1.5% from a rise of over 7% in March.

The weak sales data could raise anxiety about the economic recovery. Consumer spending accounts for more than two-thirds of economic activity. Fears about the virus linger, keeping many workers at home. And hiring slowed in April amid a shortage of workers.

This news comes as gas-lines are forming across the nation and gas stations running out of gas while inflation is on the rise.

The Biden economy is off to a horrible start and tax increases and massive government spending are on the way.

'Explosive evidence' found in Antrim County election results, says attorney

ANTRIM COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) – Was every Antrim County vote accurately counted in the 2020 Presidential election?

One County resident and his legal team said after six months of investigating, they've uncovered "explosive evidence" that suggests otherwise.

In a room full of supporters, William Bailey and his attorney explained their findings in their ongoing lawsuit against the county.

Bailey's attorney claims forensic imaging obtained from the county clerk's office indicates several ways ballots could have been tampered with.

The team is calling on legislators to conduct a statewide audit despite the state already conducting 250 post-election audits including one of every ballot cast for President in Antrim County.

"People need to speak up. This is all about them, this is all about their vote. Me and Bill Bailey are just really a vessel to expose what actually happened and to show people that there are ways to circumvent the election using these voting machines, and people need to know that," said William Bailey's Attorney Matthew DePerno. "This is their vote, and they need to stand up ultimately for their own rights."

In November, Antrim County results initially show Joe Biden winning the race.

It was later determined that was human error and the results were corrected swaying to Donald Trump.

The election lawsuit is back before a 13th Circuit Court judge Tuesday.

“Included in these documents were ‘misinformation briefings’ emails that were compiled by communications firm SKDK, that lists Biden for President as their top client of 2020,” the press release continues.

“The documents show how the state agency successfully pressured YouTube to censor a Judicial Watch video concerning the vote by mail and a Judicial Watch lawsuit settlement about California voter roll clean up.”

Judicial Watch attorneys filed their requests for the information following a December 2020 report that was made public showing that the secretary of state’s office was surveilling, tracking and attempting to censor Americans’ political speech, a basic violation of the First Amendment:

The Office of Election Cybersecurity in the California Secretary of State’s office monitored and tracked social media posts, decided if they were misinformation, stored the posts in an internal database coded by threat level, and on 31 different occasions requested posts be removed. In 24 cases, the social media companies agreed and either took down the posts or flagged them as misinformation, according to Jenna Dresner, senior public information officer for the Office of Election Cybersecurity.

“We don’t take down posts, that is not our role to play,” Dresner said. “We alert potential sources of misinformation to the social media companies and we let them make that call based on community standards they created.”

Israel-Palestine: Gaza hospitals targeted in heavy Israeli bombardment

Destroyed roads have impeded access to health infrastructure, hindering life-saving efforts

A week's worth of heavy bombardment in Gaza has obliterated a number of buildings and roads, impeding emergency service access to locations affected by the attacks.

According to Palestine's Ministry of Information, over 1,000 residential units have been damaged due to Israeli air strikes, as well as 36 schools and primary healthcare clinics.

The Ministry of Information estimates that $18m worth of damage has been done to streets and infrastructure in the besieged Gaza Strip.

In Gaza, an air strike that struck close to the Remal medical clinic, school and orphanage has caused further strain on health facilities in the area.

Speaking to Middle East Eye’s correspondent on the ground, eyewitnesses recounted scenes of terror, and questioned why key locations were being targeted.

"If the Ministry of Health is no longer safe, then where can we be safe?" one man said. "These are war crimes, and it’s not acceptable to stay silent about it."

As plumes of smoke engulfed the area, other key locations such as the Ministry of Health, NGO offices and the Reuters Gaza bureau were also impacted by the bombardment.

"No one is safe in the Gaza Strip, no one here is safe. In our homes we are being targeted, children are being targeted, women, the elderly, the offices of the Ministry of Health, everything is destroyed. Why have they destroyed the building immediately next to the Ministry of Health?" another local resident told Middle East Eye.

'Stronger than previous campaigns'

Doctors Without Borders (MSF) has said the pattern of Israeli bombings is unprecedented, even given the state's previous bombing campaigns in the besieged territory.

"The Israeli bombing is incredibly heavy and stronger than previous bombing campaigns," said Hellen Ottens-Patterson, the head of MSF's mission in Palestine.

"Emergency health workers are taking incredible but necessary risks to move around … our teams were confronted with serious injuries caused by the Israeli police to men, women and children," she added.

Georgia Lt. Gov. Duncan, outspoken Trump critic, won't seek second term

Georgia Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan says he won’t seek a second term next year, instead focusing on building a "GOP 2.0" movement to urges fellow Republicans to envision the GOP beyond former President Trump.

“We’re going to have to heal and rebuild to get ourselves back,” he told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Monday. “I see this as an opportunity – a moment in time we can change the trajectory of the Republican Party that can last a generation.”

Duncan argues the GOP remains too focused on the 2020 presidential election, which would include Trump narrowly losing in once GOP-reliable Georgia and the former president arguing he lost as a result of widespread voter fraud.

HUD not prioritizing U.S. citizens over illegal immigrants for public housing: Secretary Fudge

"We are doing everything we can possibly do to take any person living in this nation off the streets," said HUD Secretary Marcia Fudge.

U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Marcia Fudge said HUD is not prioritizing U.S. citizens over illegal immigrants for public housing assistance, despite a shortage of available units in certain areas during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Fudge announced the allocation of vouchers under President Biden's American Rescue Plan during a news conference with Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf, North Carolina Democratic Rep. David Price and others. The Biden stimulus package includes $5 billion in vouchers to house homeless individuals over a three-year period.

According to HUD, the agency's Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) program is "providing 70,000 housing choice vouchers to local public housing authorities (PHAs) across the country to help Americans find and remain in housing."

Some of the speakers said there's a lack of public housing availability during the pandemic in some areas. Just the News asked Fudge if HUD is prioritizing American citizens over illegal immigrants for public housing units.

"The answer is no," she said. "We are doing everything we can possibly do to take any person living in this nation off the streets. That's kind of our posture. I think that is exactly where we are headed."

Former Trump administration HUD Secretary Ben Carson was working on amending federal regulations in 2019 to prioritize citizens over illegal immigrants for public housing assistance. The status of that effort under the Biden administration was not clear until now. According to 2019 statistics, there were about 32,000 illegal immigrants living in public housing.

Biden ICE Nominee Took Trip to China Funded by Cash-for-Visas Advocacy Group

President Joe Biden’s nominee for immigration enforcement chief took a paid trip in 2015 to China funded by an advocacy group for a visa program that allows wealthy foreigners to obtain U.S. visas in exchange for million-dollar investments in domestic projects, according to Texas state ethics records reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.

Ed Gonzalez, who has served as the sheriff of Harris County, Texas, since 2017, was nominated for director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement last month. But his financial ties to advocates for the EB-5 visa program are drawing concerns from critics who call it a magnet for pay-to-play, fraud, and even terrorist activity.

"This is a great example of why EB-5 is hopelessly flawed. The program attracts lobbyists, big corporations, and high-dollar donations to politicians who support it," said Dale L. Wilcox, executive director and general counsel for the Immigration Reform Law Institute, a group that advocates for increased border security and restrictions on illegal immigration. "It is everything ordinary Americans hate about the Washington swamp. Congress should probe this matter in great detail at [Gonzalez’s] confirmation hearing."

The ties could complicate Gonzalez's confirmation hearing at a time when Biden is facing scrutiny over the border crisis and allegations that Department of Homeland Security secretary Alejandro Mayorkas mishandled the EB-5 program while serving in the Obama administration. Republicans have raised additional concerns about Gonzalez's positions on immigration and law enforcement, including his decision to end a partnership between his sheriff's office and ICE, and his court request to release over 1,000 inmates, many of them violent felons, from his county jail earlier this year.

In 2015, Gonzalez participated in a "business development mission to China to encourage investment in" Houston, where he served as a city councilman and mayor pro tempore at the time. The $4,575 trip was paid for by an organization called "Houston EB5," according to Gonzalez’s 2016 financial disclosure filing to the Texas Ethics Commission.

According to its website, Houston EB5 is a subsidiary of the Houston-based real estate investment firm DC Partners. The group "was founded in 2010 to help international investors gain permanent United States residency in return for making a qualified real estate investment."

"Throughout the course of EB-5 application process, the Houston EB5 team of professionals will work diligently to provide assistance to investors at various stages," said the Houston EB5 website.

Houston EB5 has partnerships with Chinese investors, including Tianqing Real Estate Development—the U.S. arm of a China-based development firm—to build residential and mixed-use high-rises in Houston, according to news reports.

According to China Daily, the projects were set to "change the city's skyline" and were partially financed through the EB-5 program.

Gonzalez's office said it was unable to comment on the trip because it was not related to county sheriff matters. "The event you’re asking about happened in 2015, two years before Sheriff Gonzalez took office," said a spokesman. Houston EB5 did not respond to a request for comment.

Ex-Space Force Commander: Dept. Of Defense Teaching That 'Whites Are Inherently Evil'

Former Space Force Commander Matthew Lohmeier, who was demoted last week for speaking out against critical race theory infiltrating the US military, told Sean Hannity on Monday that the Department of Defense under Lloyd Austin is teaching that "whites are inherently evil."

"There were videos being sent out to every base, service member, that we were asked to watch in preparation for our extremism down days and discussions on race in which we were taught that the country was evil, that it was founded in 1619 and not 1776, and that whites are inherently evil," Lt. Col. Lohmeier said.

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, who was on the board of Raytheon before getting picked to join Biden's regime, has been tasked with leading an ideological purge of the US military to clear the ranks of anyone opposed to anti-white "wokeism."

Though Lohmeier was purged for speaking out against anti-white brainwashing infiltrating the military in his personal capacity while not in uniform, Austin last month used his official DoD Twitter account to declare that "Trans rights are human rights" and announce that active military and veterans are now eligible to receive free sex change surgeries and opposite sex hormones at taxpayers' expense.

At Least 57 Migrants Drown in Shipwreck Off Tunisia

UNIS—At least 57 migrants drowned in a shipwreck off Tunis as they tried to cross the Mediterranean from Libya to Italy and 33 were rescued, humanitarian organisation Tunisian Red Crescent said on Tuesday.

In recent weeks, drowning incidents have occurred off the Tunisian coast, with an increase in the frequency of trips to Europe from Tunisia and Libya towards Italy as the weather has improved.

“Thirty-three Bengalis were rescued [and] 57 others drowned in a boat carrying about 90 migrants that set off from Libya towards Europe,” Red Crescent official Mongi Slim told Reuters.

A security source confirmed that 57 migrants had drowned and 33 were rescued.

More than 60 migrants have died in recent weeks in similar incidents off the Tunisian coast.

The UN refugee agency UNHCR says fewer than 23,500 people have made its across the sea to Europe this year, with most new arrivals landing in Italy and Spain from Tunisia and Algeria.

We’ve seen a lot of India in the news recently. A lot more than we usually do. There’s an apocalypse of sorts going on there, if the popular media is to be believed. But as is often the case, these reports are devoid of any context or perspective.

While the world’s media can’t get enough of India today, in its rush to support a narrative of terror about Covid-19, twelve years ago when there was a real story going on there, the world’s media was nowhere to be seen.

SOME BACKGROUND

In 2009, a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) funded NGO carried out unauthorised clinical trials of a vaccine on some of the poorest, most vulnerable children in the world. It did so without providing information about the risks involved, without the informed consent of the children or their parents and without even declaring that it was conducting a clinical trial.

After vaccination, many of the participating children became ill and seven of them died. Such were the findings of a parliamentary committee charged with investigating this wretched affair. The committee accused the NGO of “child abuse” and produced a raft of evidence to back up its claim. This entire incident barely registered on the radar of Western media.

PATH (formerly the Program for Appropriate Technology in Health) is a Seattle based NGO, heavily funded by BMGF but which also receives significant grants from the US government. Between 1995 and the time of writing (May 2021), PATH had received more than $2.5bn from BMGF.

In 2009, PATH carried out a project to administer the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine. The project’s aim was, in PATH’s own words, “to generate and disseminate evidence for informed public sector introduction of HPV vaccines”. It was conducted in four countries: India, Uganda, Peru and Vietnam. Another Gates-funded organization, Gavi, had originally been considered to run the project, but responsibility was ultimately delegated to PATH. The project was directly funded by BMGF.

Significantly, each of the countries selected for the project had a different ethnic population and each had a state-funded national immunisation program. The use of different ethnic groups in the trial allowed for comparison of the effects of the vaccine across diverse population groups (ethnicity being a factor in the safety and efficacy of certain drugs).

The immunisation programs of the countries involved provided a potentially lucrative market for the companies whose drugs were to be studied: should the drugs prove successful and be included on these countries’ state-funded national immunisation schedules, this would represent an annual windfall of profits for the companies involved.

Two types of HPV vaccine were used in the trial: Gardasil by Merck and Cervarix by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). In this article, we are going to examine PATH’s trial of Gardasil in India.

Sweden Records More Than 30K Cases Of Side Effects Tied To COVID Jabs

As Europe pushes ahead with its vaccination program, the Nordic countries are reporting a surge in damaging side effects. In the country, the tally has surpassed 30K with the majority of these reactions reported in patients who received the AstraZeneca jab.

Sweden’s Medical Products Agency reported that as of last week, the Scandinavian nation had tallied 31,844 reports of adverse reactions linked to its vaccine rollout.

Sweden presently offers 3 different COVID-19 jabs: Moderna, Pfizer and AstraZeneca, with the latter being the most widely available (while other European states like Germany have sought to offer substitutes to younger patients, who are more vulnerable to dangerous cerebral blood clots, which are a rare - but not unheard of - side effect).

The number of suspected adverse reactions from the two shots seems relatively small when compared to the 19,961 reports linked to AstraZeneca’s Vaxzevria, while the AstraZeneca shot only accounts for about 26% of the roughly 2.7MM vaccines that have been administered so far in Sweden, but makes up around 63% of the side effects reports.

Ebba Hallberg, an official with the Medical Products Agency, told Swedish media that it was unusual to receive so many reports of side effects. She added that the tally was likely higher because of public focus on the new vaccines.To head off complaints that many of the incidences of side effects were minor, she said healthcare providers are likely only reporting the more "serious" side effects.

One Swedish media outlet said the number of complaints filed in just a few months exceeded the number typically filed over 4 years, which underscores the public anxieties about the COVID vaccines.

In March, Sweden was one of several nations to temporarily suspend the use of the AstraZeneca jab, following reports of abnormal blood clotting in recipients. AstraZeneca, as well as the European Medicines Agency, have insisted that the vaccine is safe after it came under scrutiny.

IDF Bombed Qatar Red Crescent's Building in Gaza Strip Without Prior Notice, Organisation Says

The IDF has been carrying out airstrikes against Hamas in the Gaza Strip ever since the militant group started launching hundreds of rockets into Israel from 10 May. During one of these retaliatory strikes, Israeli military levelled a multistorey building used by several international news agencies.

The office of the Qatar Red Crescent located in the Gaza Strip was hit by an Israeli airstrike, Director-General of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Robert Mardini tweeted. He added that no one working for the humanitarian organisation was harmed in the bombing.

The IDF gave no prior warning to the Qatar Red Crescent employees about the incoming airstrike, its Executive Director of International Relief and Development Sector Faisal Al-Emadi stated. The QRCS added that no humanitarian aid was stored in the office building. The organisation noted that several people who were near the building when it was bombed were killed, although none were QRCS employees.

A day earlier, the same building was hit by another Israeli bombing attack, according to Qatar's Foreign Ministry. Doha stated that two Palestinians died and 10 people were injured in the 17 May airstrike.

This is not the first time the IDF has carried out an airstrike against a building seemingly not associated with Hamas during the latest round of hostilities between Israel and the militant group, which started on 10 May with Hamas’ rocket strike offensive against Israeli cities. Over the last week, Israel’s military has levelled a multi-storey building in Gaza, which hosted the offices of several media outlets, including the Associated Press and Al-Jazeera.

The IDF claims that Hamas intelligence units were using the building for intelligence purposes and stated that its inhabitants were warned in advance about the imminent airstrike. While the attack did not result in any casualties among the journalists, the AP said it was a close call. Both news agencies and several journalist associations condemned Tel Aviv's attack on the building.

World Economic Forum Urges Companies To Fire Unvaccinated Employees As Part of ‘Jobs Reset,’ Deletes Tweet After Backlash

"Get your COVID-19 jab - or you could face consequences from your employer #COVID19 #JobsReset21"

The World Economic Forum indicated Monday that it supports employees being forced to choose between taking one of the four controversial Covid vaccines, or unemployment if they choose to not take the vaccine. After intense backlash, they deleted the initial the tweet and uploaded another post with the same graphic and a tweaked caption.

“Get your COVID-19 jab – or you could face consequences from your employer #COVID19 #JobsReset21,” the original tweet posted on Monday read. The tweet was accompanied by a colorful graphic showcasing the purported poll numbers of companies that would fire employees for not taking the vaccine.

An article on the WEF website that was linked in the posts made various claims based on polling data such as, “Forty percent of companies surveyed in a new report require all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19,” “Employees will be encouraged but not required to get a jab by 32% of companies,” and, “Mental health concerns and burn-out have risen up the agenda since the onset of the pandemic.”

After receiving intense backlash on the tweet, the WEF unceremoniously deleted it, and quietly made a post with the graphic and link but with a different caption on Tuesday: “Survey: Will employees be required to get the COVID-19 vaccination? #COVID19 #JobsReset21“. The new post’s comments were quickly filled with screenshots of the first, deleted tweet.

Information on the WEF website describes some of the topics that will be discussed at the 2021 Jobs Reset forum in Geneva, Switzerland, such as “Fighting systemic racism: 56 companies form global coalition to bring racial justice to the workplace,” described as “A new Forum initiative supported by corporate leaders aims to set new global standards for racial and ethnic justice in business.”

As National File previously reported, the Great Reset is a concept first introduced by the WEF that was enthusiastically endorsed by Canadian Prime minister Justin Trudeau as a potential positive byproduct of the Covid-19 pandemic.
