It is, but read the whole post: thats a pep talk speech. It may have dual meaning (chess AND Defcon level) but DEFINITELY Defcon….if ONLY chess move, that wouldnt make me scared, or need to stay the course…etc. That was a pep talk to remember when comms shut off
