Yeah, that was my sense on it too - overall basically control of cyberspace via satellite. That's why the COG of the traitors were shifting the space program away from government and into private corps and commercial interests, and POTUS has now
shifted the US space program back into the hands of patriots with new cybercommand department - to gain control back from the airwaves and try protect citizens from this very thing. That's my take on it.
