Anyone else see a problem with a Judge who just received a credible allegation of Fraud Upon The Court issuing a ruling that HE states will be appealed and STAYING ALL OTHER MATTERS? Fraud Upon The Court is one of those matters he is staying!
Fraud Upon The Court happens when an attorney submits evidence that has been altered or falsified.
It means any ruling from the Court is void! It also means the Judge is recused. If a Judge continues to rule in a case that has been found to have been corrupted by Fraud Upon The Court, that Judge loses Judicial immunity and could be held criimally liable!
The short answer to this is the MI Judge recuses or faces a criminal charge of Treason Against The Constitution.
It also means any ruling he previously made in this case is null and void!
This MI Judge openly said this matter is expected to be appealed. He stayed all other matters! He stayed the Fraud Upon The Court Matter!
Although he danced with legal language to try to make it look like he didn't rule based on the allegation of Fraud Upon The Court, His ruling in a Court of Equity can only be perceived by a reasonable person as being influenced by the Secretary of State's false documenations that were introduced as evidence by the hand of her attorney!
Any Appellate Court that aproves a lower Court ruling with a live allegation of Fraud Upon The Court without hearing the fraud is also subject to losing their Judicial immunty!
