There's a lot wrong with what you're saying. But mainly your assumption that Q isn't posting because Trump is no longer in charge of the NSA and they are somehow now beholden to Biden. Obama was President when Rogers of the NSA went to visit Trump in Trump Towers, which is just one example of 3 letter agencies not giving s fuck about the commander in chief. Other examples would be how the DOJ/FBI snubbed their noses at Trump during his 4 yrs in office. Another example would be when Q talked about black budget programs in regards to mass shooters, suggesting that the Mass shootings were coming out of the CIA without Trump's permission. Another example would be Trump's NIH funding Wuhan virology lab bullshit. In short 3 letter agencies, NSA included don't seem to be beholden to the president.
But I will agree with you that Q is not posting because Biden is President. Just for a different reason. Q said "we serve at the pleasure of the president" I doubt it would be Biden's pleasure for Q to continue to operate.
