We ask God to bind up our wounds, strengthen our minds and our will, increase our understanding, allow us to see those things left for us to see if it be for the good and betterment of our brethren, but most of all if it be according to your will, most merciful God. Lord God, forgive us our trespasses and lead us from sin that we may seek you earnestly and seek to do your will. Lay a path for us, Lord, if the cause be just and within your will. Make us to walk in your path in opposition to those opposed to goodness and truth. And insomuch as we strive for goodness, Lord please confound the plans and understanding of those wicked set against you Lord. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
