Podesta, also of Darien. The Rev. David Anderson, an Episcopal priest, performed the ceremony at St. Luke’s Parish in Darien.
The bride, 28, is a general assignment reporter in Chicago for WLS-TV, a station owned and operated by ABC. She graduated from Carnegie Mellon.
The bride’s father works in New York as an executive vice president at Access Industries, an industrial holding company, where he manages a variety of philanthropic, political and investment activities. The bride’s mother is a painter and freelance graphic designer based in Darien.
The groom, 30, is a director, producer and editor for the United States Soccer Federation in Chicago, where he produces video content. He graduated from N.Y.U.
