If elections are rigged, how are the RINOs going to get elected out of office?
If election rigging isn't fixed, the only recourse that I can see to combat the cheaters is to cheat. Fight fire with fire. If elections are rigged, which they are, and that isn't fixed, then any Repub. who isn't a RINO that wants to get elected is going to have to cheat to get there. Fight dirty tricks with dirty tricks.
