I don't trust "free energy" shill, Steven Greer, but what's interesting here is that he is saying that the "tictac" objects we've seen recently on the news are "our" advanced tech, off the books, vehicles created by LockHead Martin Skunk Works.

The question that I have is why is Greer still alive, when more credible people like Mark McCandlish, who was supposed to testify in June RE this advance tech is now dead?!?
