There is making a statement.

Then, there is proving it in a court of law.

If the Audit shows fraud, as stated in my previous post, the state legislature is OBLIGATED to decertify the election.

I will be happy to go into lurid detail, if you desire.

If AZ decertifies their election, they will petition Congress to nullify the EC votes, and ask that they be changed to Trump or accept new EC votes.

Does that change anything? No.

Bu there are several other states that are conducting audits.

If enough EC votes change to Trump, then Trump gets sworn in.

You are incorrect.

There have been ample times when Congressman (happened this election District 22 NY) senators and non federal elections discovered fraud, decertified the election, and REPLACED the office with the duly elected person.

There is plenty of precedent.

Just because it never happened at the level of the POTUS, does not mean that there no no precedent.

Any other concerns I can help you with?

No. It's not.

An elected office is and ELECTED OFFICE.

Read Article I of the Constitution for moar details.

But I will sum it up here, in layman's terms.

The motherfucker that gets the most votes wins the election.

The motherfucker that wins the election is entitled to hold the office in which they have run.

Any other questions?
