I was gonna say the bearded guy looks a lot like the fake aging photo we've seen previously, which is a frontal shot. But it seems a strange cameo to just insert it for a few seconds.
I'm not an ear professional, but I am a graphics pro. Make of this what you will. Pink and green lines establish scale and angle, to match the two pics as closely as possible. Older pic has been rotated to match, but is not a straight side view as the younger pic.
Ears are then compared directly with the blue and red lines.
Dude I literally traced directly over the major features. Do your own analysis if you want. Keep in mind shadows deceive, so you need to look at the highlights.
