I asked my neighbor, very nicely, if he could please stop his dog from barking. He said "ok". He then proceeded to let his dog bark for 6 straight hours. I then yelled at my neighbor to shut his dogs up. Was I being inconsiderate by yelling at my neighbor?
I'm surprised he lasted as long as he did. The fact that he got suspended actually gives him more credibility.
