My theory after the apocolypse, the survivors would have been shipped here for 're-education' and for work-camps. North America, Europe ans ME would have been voilent wastelands. Walking Dead, Mad Max and others are warnings. Same thinng with books, Brave New World, 1984 , Farenheit 451 and others were past warnings.
