The deal with the Five Eyes agreement was to solidify the Anglo-American bloc after WW2. It does include the 3 most prestigious (most British) states in the commonwealth, Britain and America.
Britain never backed off on acquiring America, they just did it covertly, first by the Federal Reserve and Rothschilds, then adding the Five Eyes agreement. America did not take over the British empire's role in the world the way we were led to believe, it was DELEGATED in the eyes of the Monarchy. In addition to maintaining their international order, what was also delegated to the USA was a very large stateless population after WW2 (you can guess who that is).
America was then controlled and wielded like a hammer, however Americans are spirited and have these pesky ideas about freedom, liberty, opportunity, etc. They needed a new tool. Enter China. Industrial Boom + militarization, influence extensions and so on. This is also why the main globalist tools like FB and multinationals get to operate inside China with impunity while handling sensitive items like intelligence gathering. Why iphones are made there, etc.
