I don't understand why people are against the Jan 6 Commission idea.

It opens the door to investigate Antifa and BLM and possibly expose some juicy details.

Only reason I can think you'd be against that commission, imo, is if you didn't want an investigation to exist in the first place.

Any argument they could make about Trump being the cause of xyz wouldn't be able to hold up in court.

I can't see a downside.
