You sound rerarded…. how about you go outside, walk down the block. And ask one person if they're a Christian, and what language the Bible was written. If they tell you Greek and Hebrew, I'll feel better.
Not everything. A good deal most likely Greek. Jerome said Gospel texts were Hebrew. No mention of epistles. Far more believable that Petrine and Johannine epistles were Hebrew, however I've never seen evidence for this.
