However… Evergreen is still sitting there. I been having this theory lately that somehow using that as cover to run some sort of check on all boat traffic. During the Treaty of Versailles, Germany had to take inventory of every single vessel that they owned and pledge it as part of the peace treaty. There's been alot of comms from Navy about joint exercises recently. How could you run some sort of a world-wide audit? Just spitballing
