Trafic in manila is insane for sure. No licence plates no problem. No lights at night, no problem. I never saw one police car i was there for 13 days in 2007. All police were on foot. They drive fast as well right down the sidewalk if nessesary and the cab drivers will rip you off bad . Dam good pool players tho Kek and overall nice people !
