Then may I suggest small breaks from board …it’s not meant to control us it’s to motivate us ! That things are and will get better so we need to be productive in prep and serve ..rather it’s doing dishes taking out laundry going to job then coming home we all need to be productive and motivate our selves and others for the positive change that is happening and coming (and those around us)

Yup saw that …seems to me when something big about to drop they pull this crap so it can’t and they have time to “think” ….then if they drop it’s “really a day when our kids are in danger ,it couldn’t wait” …..just my theory but so far rings true
