(Pleaser read from the start)

“Back in Mid-World, the seer determines that the machine is six months away on foot and portal access is restricted to Walter's bases. Jake realizes that Walter has a base in New York that they can use to reach the machine. Suddenly, the Taheen, Walter's minions, attack the village – but Roland kills many of them. Roland and Jake return to Earth where Roland's injuries are treated at a hospital. Jake learns the location of Walter's base from a homeless man who helped him earlier. When Jake returns home to check in on his mother, he finds her charred remains and breaks down in tears. Seeing this, Roland vows to avenge her death. This leads to him teaching Jake the basics of gun fighting, as well as the Gunslinger's Creed, which he hasn't uttered since his own father's death.

As Roland replenishes his weapons supply at a gun store, he is attacked by Walter, who captures Jake and takes him through a portal at his base to a machine that will destroy the Dark Tower with Jake's powers. Jake uses these psychic powers to alert Roland to the portal code he needs and Roland battles his way through Walter's henchmen, reopening the portal, which Jake forces to stay open. Walter is forced to return to New York to fight Roland and wounds him. When Jake reminds him of the Gunslinger's Creed, Roland recovers and kills Walter with a trick shot after a brief fight. Finally he destroys the machine and saves the Dark Tower, Jake, and the other children.

As the film ends, Roland prepares to return to his own world and offers Jake a place by his side as his companion. Jake accepts the offer and the two head back to Mid-World together.

>> So Jack made a CHOICE and refused to join Walter, he refused to give in and resisted and didn’t allow the destruction of the tower. For the portal to work, it needs a code and isn’t a code some sort of numeric KEY?

In the movie, there is a scene not mentioned in the plot section of the Wikipedia page: Jack and Roland are in the woods resting. Jack wakes up and goes to what looks like his father, it turns out to be a demon from another “realm” whom have taken the shape of Jack’s father to lure him. The area around the demon was like a strange substance but here it’s reddish and not black. And we start by only seeing the demon’s head with his horns curled downward like the ones of the RAM. I won’t be surprised if I found out there are traitors in some of the Sebetti clans, like the Wolf, Ram clans etc. It all depends on whom followed the cult and beliefs of the Evil One. Then in the movie, we see the demon emerge slowly from that substance and it fights with Roland and injure him before it’s killed.

When you look at the demon that came out, it looks like an animal doesn’t it? Not just any animal = we’ve seen this animal before or at least similar to it, in this thread starting page 748 = Mishipeshu or the underwater panther – more precisely look at the rock drawing on page 749 and compare. See, this is not a human warrior, but some type of genetically modified creature = animal = Frankenstein style lab creation by the Evil One because he wanted to play God and create new life. So he created his own evil nasty creatures as well, and we are seeing one of them in this movie. I wonder where the author = Steven King got his inspiration from? = did he get it from the Native American stories? Or did he get it after making contact with such creature? This is it for this movie. Even though it’s not mentioned directly, it’s clear it’s linked to the prophecy and the child of the prophecy.
