Beatrice has the “power” to “BE AWAKE” when she was in psychological simulation. Do you understand the depths of what this means anons? As in she is the type of person whom is AWAKE INSIDE of the MATRIX. She can change the illusion as she saw it = finding the way out. She says: “This is not real” as in she is aware this is all an illusion so she can find a way out. This is an extremely rare gift. Guess whom has this ability anons? Whom has the ability to change the illusion he can see? ^_~ Yes, the young man has abilities and you already know 2 of them: changing FATE by making a choice and the ability for him to change the illusion, change things in it.

Watch the clip I’ve attached to this page very carefully and observe how Tris says: “this isn’t real”. And then, at the end of the clip, someone betrays her and wants to get rid of her. Isn’t this some sort of jealousy, fear and betrayal towards her?

“To prepare her for the final test, Four takes Tris into his own fear simulations in which she learns that his real name is Tobias Eaton, the son of Marcus Eaton, who used to beat him as a child. After the simulation, they kiss. Tris then passes her test and is officially initiated into Dauntless. The rest of the Dauntless are injected with a serum supplied by Erudite, which is supposedly for tracking but actually for mind control. The next morning, the Dauntless prepare to execute Abnegations under orders of the Erudites. As Divergents are unaffected by the new serum, Tris must blend in to avoid suspicion. She finds Four, who reveals himself as a Divergent. When the Dauntless move to raid Abnegation, Tris and Four separate from the group and attempt to locate Tris's parents, but Eric realizes that Four is not under control and captures both of them. Four is taken into custody, and Tris is ordered to be executed. Her mother, Natalie (Ashley Judd), appears and saves her but is shot and killed as they try to escape.”

>> Notables:

1 – The brain washing serum. No need to explain what this is.

2 – The ones AWAKE = the Divergents, cannot be controlled by the Matrix.

3 – Arbitrary executions of those whom are deemed unwanted or dangerous to the plan plotters taking control = sounds familiar?!

4 – Natalie, Tris’ Mother, is a fighter. She hides whom she really was as well as her abilities at first and tries to live a peaceful life. But when she has to save her own child, she turns into the ancient warrior she always was. This is the picture projected by Neith/Isis/Gebal of Gebal. But here, it’s the mother whom sacrifices herself to save her daughter, not the father.

“Tris finds her father in hiding with Caleb, Marcus, and several Abnegation members. The group sneaks into Dauntless headquarters, where Tris encounters Peter and forces him to lead them to Erudite's control center. Her father sacrifices himself in a shootout, and Tris goes in alone to find Four, who is now under stronger mind control, which is designed for Divergents, and attacks her. Using her knowledge of his fears, she manages to wake him from the mind control, and both enter the central control room, where the Erudite leader Jeanine (Kate Winslet) is about to have the Dauntless army execute the entire Abnegation faction. Tris uses a sample of the mind control serum on her to force her to cancel the program. The group escapes the compound and boards a train out of the complex.

>> So the other parent dies later on. I guess this is expected. After Four is “captured”, she releases him from the mind control. Interesting!?

I’m going to check the sequel as well, because there is new information in it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Divergent_Series:_Insurgent

“The Divergent Series: Insurgent (simply known as Insurgent) is a 2015 American dystopian science fiction action film directed by Robert Schwentke, based on the 2012 novel Insurgent, the second book in the Divergent trilogy by Veronica Roth. It is the sequel to the 2014 film Divergent and the second installment in The Divergent Series, produced by Lucy Fisher, Pouya Shabazian and Douglas Wick, with a screenplay by Brian Duffield, Akiva Goldsman and Mark Bomback. Schwentke took over from Neil Burger as director, with Burger serving as the executive producer of the film. Along with the first film's returning cast, led by Shailene Woodley and Theo James, the sequel features supporting actors Octavia Spencer, Naomi Watts, Suki Waterhouse, Rosa Salazar, Daniel Dae Kim, Jonny Weston, Emjay Anthony, and Keiynan Lonsdale.

The plot of Insurgent takes place five days after the previous installment and continues to follow Dauntless soldier Tris Prior; Tris and Four, her Dauntless instructor, are on the run after evading a coup from Erudite faction leader Jeanine and the rest of her faction. The faction system in post-apocalyptic Chicago is crumbling, and everyone is desperate for power — and answers. Filming began on May 27, 2014, in Atlanta, Georgia, before concluding on September 6, 2014.

A sequel, Allegiant, was released on March 18, 2016.”

>> So Four is her lover/”instructor” as in….her teacher…interesting how this notion keeps on popping up. I do like the sound of the words “post-apocalyptic”. Doesn’t this remind anons of the HUGE Cataclysm that occurred and we’ve been talking about it in this thread?

“Plot

Five days after the assault on the Abnegation faction by the Erudite leader Jeanine (Kate Winslet) and her mind-controlled Dauntless soldiers, Jeanine has declared martial law and that the Divergents and their allies are the enemy. Among the Abnegation wreckage, the Dauntless leaders Max (Mekhi Phifer) and Eric (Jai Courtney) recover a box with all five faction symbols on its sides. Jeanine presumes that it contains data from the city's founders and the means to end the Divergence problem. As only Divergents can open the box, she orders all Divergents to be captured.”

>> We’ve seen “similar” boxes before (page 207) in this thread, but they were more “cube” shaped than rectangle shaped like this one. I don’t know what this “box” thing really means but I did notice 3 notable characteristics of the box has about it that keep on reoccurring in each movie:

1 – It is believed to contain some “great forgotten knowledge or power”: amazingly knowledge is power.

2 – These boxes all seem to have this machine (like some sort of computer or a huge microship) like function or energy source function = regardless of which is it, it means it works with electricity.

3 – These boxes are “tricky” and cannot be handled or opened just by anyone = it’s as if it needs a special key or a special someone/trigger to open. Reminds me of Tao’s jar from the Mysterious Cities of Gold cartoon.
