I'm so pissed off that Office suites are telling clients that lease from them what to do for their health (see notice below via email). I'm seriously considering contacting an attorney. This bullshit has gone far enough, not only will this not help anyone, they have no right to tell anyone what they can do with their body. Further it will cause more division and hatred among people. Any lawfags here that can weigh in, what specific type of attorney, Constitutional Class Action. I'll file this on behalf of anyone in society as a whole. This is fucking bullshit!

Dear Customer,

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve and in accordance withThe Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Regus has made the decision that face coverings will be optional for customers and team members who have been fully vaccinated, unless local regulations require them by law. This change goes into effect on Monday May 24th. (there are no regulations requiring it by law, that would negate federal law)

Unvaccinated customers and team members must still wear face coverings, per CDC guidance in all common areas. Masks will not be required when inside private offices or meeting rooms.

We advise you to continue to adhere to the advice around the center on precautionary hygiene measures and physical distancing for the time being and to help keep everyone safe. And as always, customers and employees with underlying medical conditions, who are pregnant, or elderly should take specific advice and care during this difficult time.

Please contact our office immediately if you or any of your employees or guests have a confirmed case of COVID-19.

Thank you and stay safe during this challenging time.

Best Regards,

PS: Previously they told me I had to wear a mask in the common area and in my private office (that no one comes into), if I couldn't wear a mask I would have to wear a plastic visor shield.

When the manager came to tell me, I told her, NO! I told her, I rent from Regus; Regus is not my doctor nor do you have any right to HIPAA private information on me, further it's not cool alienating clients that just signed a lease renewal. I told her, I've spoken with an attorney, don't worry I don't plan on suing Regus but I know my rights.

The manager said what am I going to tell them? I said, "hand them this, (it was a copy of the Bill of Rights), I know my rights!

I haven't heard a peep from them in over two months. It's stupid to do this because they've lost a ton of business because clients realized they can work from home and save money. But the problem is almost 98% of the people here have worn a mask for close to a year!
