No sauce handy but I recall an argument that the engines pulled from the Pentagon 9/11 attack were actually Rolls Royce engines and not typical passenger jet engines.

Amazing how it never occurred to me at the time - I live in Washington DC at the time.
But there's no way a passenger jet gets that low to hit the side of the Pentagon. Especially when the alleged pilot only trained and never flew until 9/11.
