Leaders
We will never have good leaders on our planet. Historically a lot of important, valuable people shirked responsibility ran away after their foundation was made. Examples: Jesus Christ, Josef Stalin, Adolf Hitler, Che Guevara.
It all fits into theory of one mastermind, with a coat of many colours (personas) but the one unsettling fact is they never stick by the faith/ foundation that they create. They want people to believe in their heroism but it's falsified, I for one would have more respect if Che would have died for the cause, if Jesus would have stood by his followers instead of running away. Etc.
This is big part of problem now why we won't get to a good level of advancement all our ideologies are tainted by false heroes/ idols who ultimately didn't care about their followers, or the world which they inhabited they could have stuck around to its betterment. They have their own agenda end of story
