A friend in Mil Intel dug on the number. Originally set up by an A Gray in Arlington, VA. Trap line. Now comes back to Gina Haspell, who also has two aliases. Trap Line.. you call it, and no answer, but flags yours, and initiates aggregate collection on the Phone you called from, plus any devices the Phone communicates with.
Marco Polo seems to be a honeypot.

Check newer Phones. Low energy Bluetooth always on, regardless of Bluetooth Button State. There is a reason.
I also saw a couple of Videos earlier on the Bluetooth Astra Zeneca thing. One had a guy in a Bar, the other was a chick checking shot location with a low power RF Meter.
