it's highly processed, I think that they just break down milk to its individual components, heat it to pasteurize it, recombine everything, and you are drinking a mix of water, fat, protein and sugar.
it would be good (maybe) if not for the fact that it also contains likely a random amount of hormones from cows.
But, otherwise, processed milk is just a 'dead fluid' of sorts.
if they add bacteria to make yogurt, or cheese, at least the bacteria tried to bring the milk 'back to life'.
