In GA, Biden received 98% of a 23,487 batch of votes at 12:18 am.

The largest and most anomalous vote update happened at 1:34 am on Nov. 4, with 136,155 votes going to Biden and 29,115 votes going to Trump.

A statistical analysis of 8,954 vote updates, categorized this specific 1:34 am update as one of the top four most anomalous in the country.

Fauci Flip Flops On COVID Origins, Now ‘Not Convinced’ Virus Developed Naturally.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, who discredited the Trump administration’s claims that COVID-19 escaped from a Chinese lab, now insists he’s “not convinced” the virus has natural origins.

Fauci’s comments came during an interview with PolitiFact’s Katie Sanders as part of the Chinese Communist Party-linked company’s United Facts of America: A Festival of Fact-Checking event.

“Are you still confident that it developed naturally,” Sanders questioned the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Director.

“No, actually,” Fauci responded. He continued, adding he was “not convinced” that the virus has natural origins:

“No. I’m not convinced about that. I think that we should continue to investigate what went on in China until we find out to the best of our ability exactly what happened. Certainly, the people who investigated it say it likely was the emergence from an animal reservoir that then infected individuals, but it could have been something else, and we need to find that out. So, you know, that’s the reason why I said I’m perfectly in favor of any investigation that looks into the origin of the virus.”

Fauci’s newfound skepticism of COVID-19’s natural origins is at odds with his former stance on the issue. As a National Geographic article from May 2020 reveals:

“Everything about the stepwise evolution over time strongly indicates that [this virus] evolved in nature and then jumped species,” Fauci says. Based on the scientific evidence, he also doesn’t entertain an alternate theory—that someone found the coronavirus in the wild, brought it to a lab, and then it accidentally escaped.

Mandy Davis, 33, faces multiple charges linking to her the alleged rape of the young student

Bloomfield, Ohio teacher’s aide Mandy Davis has been arrested and charged after police said she repeatedly had sex with a student, 12, at her home over two-week long “relationship.”

The Daily Mail reported that Mandy Davis, who worked at Teays Valley West Middle School as a teacher’s aide, had a sexual relationship with the student between April 26 and May 11.

There’s little further information on the exact nature of the relationship due to the student’s age.

Davis has since been fired.

“We take these allegations very seriously and are committed to the safety and well-being of our students as our first priority,” the school district said in a statement.

Teacher’s aide Mandy Davis made her first appearance in court on Thursday, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reported.

She is charged with rape, gross sexual imposition, and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, according to a news release from the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office.

It’s not clear if Davis has an attorney available for comment on the charges.

A search of Davis’ home resulted in the discovery of unspecified evidence, according to the sheriff’s office.

Trump DC hotel almost DOUBLED prices as ‘security tactic’ to prevent QAnon bookings – leaked documents

Trump International Hotel in Washington, DC raised its prices by 180% in March to prevent QAnon supporters from booking rooms on the day they believed Donald Trump would retake the White House, according to leaked documents.

In February, news outlets reported that rooms at the hotel had shot up in price for the 3rd and 4th of March – when supporters of the QAnon conspiracy theory thought former President Trump would reclaim the White House from President Joe Biden, citing the old, replaced tradition of presidents being inaugurated on that day.

Though outlets theorized that Trump International Hotel was attempting to capitalize on QAnon supporters by jacking up the price, leaked documents from the Washington Metropolitan Police Department show that the hotel intentionally raised its prices to deter more fanatical supporters of the former president.

According to the leaked documents – which were shared with the Guardian – “MPD’s intelligence division confirmed with Trump Hotel management that they raised their rates as a security tactic to prevent protesters from booking rooms at their hotel should anyone travel to DC.”

The caution was largely unnecessary, however, as the police department found “none of the hotels in [Washington] are showing any noticeable increase in hotel reservations for this timeframe.”

During his presidency, Trump repeatedly tried to distance himself from QAnon conspiracy theorists by banning related merchandise and signs from his rallies. However, after being questioned by reporters about QAnon last August, Trump said, “I don’t know much about the movement other than I understand they like me very much, which I appreciate.”

QAnon conspiracy theorists – whose movement was largely centered on the theory that Trump was secretly fighting a group of Satanic pedophiles in the American establishment – were among the group of Trump supporters who stormed the US Capitol on January 6 in protest over Biden’s presidential election victory.

Deputy, dispatcher charged in child sex abuse case after cop commits suicide

A Texas police sergeant confessed to sexually abusing children and implicated two co-workers in the crimes, during a dramatic standoff with investigators and a SWAT team that ended in his suicide, authorities said on Friday.

Deputy Robert Johnson, an eight-year veteran of Harris County Precinct One in Houston, shot himself in the head Wednesday, after being pursued by police who were tipped off to his abuse by a dispatcher that turned out to also be an accomplice in the attacks, police said.

Dispatcher Christina McKay and Deputy Chonda Williams were arrested for their alleged roles in the crimes and fired, Harris County Precinct One Constable Alan Rosen said at a press conference Friday.

The shocking string of events that led to their arrests began on May 14, when McKay was brought in for a performance review, Rosen told reporters.

“We pulled her in because we were started to see some performance problems, and we wanted to find out what was going on in her life, what was happening,” Rosen said. “Initially it seemed like a love triangle thing.”

McKay told police that she was personally involved with Johnson — and said he had been sexually abusing children, according to the constable.

“And so that’s when we started learning… what she was going through, only for her to make this outcry that there was this problem,” Rosen said.

Officials turned the case over to police in nearby Alvin, Texas, where the abuse allegedly occurred, and they teamed up with child protective services to try and question Johnson, who was nowhere to be found, according to police.

“He never showed up for work at all this week,” Rosen said.

Caught Red-Handed: CDC Changes Test Thresholds To Virtually Eliminate New COVID Cases Among Vaxx'd

New policies will artificially deflate “breakthrough infections” in the vaccinated, while the old rules continue to inflate case numbers in the unvaccinated.

The US Center for Disease Control (CDC) is altering its practices of data logging and testing for “Covid19” in order to make it seem the experimental gene-therapy “vaccines” are effective at preventing the alleged disease.

They made no secret of this, announcing the policy changes on their website in late April/early May, (though naturally without admitting the fairly obvious motivation behind the change).

The trick is in their reporting of what they call “breakthrough infections” – that is people who are fully “vaccinated” against Sars-Cov-2 infection, but get infected anyway.

Essentially, Covid19 has long been shown – to those willing to pay attention – to be an entirely created pandemic narrative built on two key factors:

False-positive tests. The unreliable PCR test can be manipulated into reporting a high number of false-positives by altering the cycle threshold (CT value)

Inflated Case-count. The incredibly broad definition of “Covid case”, used all over the world, lists anyone who receives a positive test as a “Covid19 case”, even if they never experienced any symptoms.

Without these two policies, there would never have been an appreciable pandemic at all, and now the CDC has enacted two policy changes which means they no longer apply to vaccinated people.

Firstly, they are lowering their CT value when testing samples from suspected “breakthrough infections”.

Ex-BBC director Lord Hall resigns from National Gallery following bombshell Princess Diana inquiry

Former BBC director Lord Tony Hall has resigned from his position as chairman of the National Gallery in the wake of controversy over the BBC’s 1995 ‘Panorama’ interview with Princess Diana.

Lord Hall, who was the BBC’s director of news and current affairs when journalist Martin Bashir used fake documents to secure an interview with Princess Diana, apologised for his involvement on Saturday and said that staying at his National Gallery job in the wake of the controversy “would be a distraction.”

“I am very sorry for the events of 25 years ago and I believe leadership means taking responsibility,” he declared.

Lord Hall had faced pressure to resign since an official inquiry from former Supreme Court judge Lord Dyson concluded that Bashir – who worked under Lord Hall in 1995 – had used “deceitful behaviour” to obtain the interview in what was a “serious breach of the BBC’s Producers’ Guidelines.”

The former BBC director had initially investigated Bashir’s practices in 1996, but concluded the journalist was an “honest and honourable man.” Bashir remained at the BBC until 1996 and then came back in 2016 – working there until this year.

Unnamed Conservative MPs had told the Telegraph this week that Lord Hall should “fall on his sword” to avoid causing “significant embarrassment” to Prince Charles, who serves as the Royal Patron of the National Gallery and was Princess Diana’s ex-husband.

Princess Diana’s sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, condemned the BBC’s practices following the results of the inquiry, with Prince William claiming that the “deceitful way the interview was obtained substantially influenced” Princess Diana’s fear and paranoia in her final years.

Nobel Prize winner says covid vaccination is an “unacceptable mistake” that’s spreading “variants”

There is no legitimate excuse for the medical police state to have unleashed “vaccines” for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) when the jabs are known to create and spread “variants” of the disease, warns French virologist and Nobel Prize winner Luc Montagnier.

Calling the injections an “enormous” and “unacceptable mistake,” Montagnier is sounding the alarm about how the jabs are causing and spreading the Chinese Virus among both the vaccinated and the unvaccinated, which is going to lead to disaster.

“It’s an enormous mistake, isn’t it? A scientific error as well as a medical error. It is an unacceptable mistake,” he stated during a recent interview. “The history books will show that because it is the vaccination that is creating the variants.”

Many believe that Montagnier is being too kind by calling it a mistake when it seems obvious that this was all planned long in advance for this very purpose to create the problem rather than “cure” it.

At least he is talking about it, though. Many other epidemiologists and virologists are choosing to remain “silent” about the “antibody-dependent enhancement” that occurs after people are injected with these chemical cocktails.

“It is the antibodies produced by the virus that enable an infection to become stronger,” he told Pierre Barnérias of Hold-Up Media in an interview earlier this month.

While it is certainly possible that some variants are occurring without the help of vaccines, the mass vaccination drive, he says, is clearly causing a bulk of the problem.

“What does the virus do? Does it die or find another solution?” he asked. “It is clear that the new variants are created by antibody-mediated selection due to the vaccination.”

Vaccinating during a pandemic is “unthinkable,” Montagnier says

There should not even be vaccinations being administered during a pandemic, Montagnier added, calling the notion “unthinkable” – and yet here we are with medical “experts” everywhere telling us that this is a good thing.

Injecting people with chemicals directly associated with a circulating virus will only make the problem worse, he implied, noting that we are now seeing the same trends all over the world post-injection.

“The new variants are a production and result from the vaccination. You see it in each country, it’s the same: in every country, deaths follow vaccination.”

Montagnier spoke out last spring as well, warning that the Wuhan Flu was clearly lab-created and did not just come from some bats at a wet market.

China plans to use biological and genetic weapons in next world war

Documents obtained by the Department of State (DOS) revealed that Chinese scientists have been preparing for a third world war fought with biological and genetic weapons, including coronaviruses, since 2015. According to the document, they will be “the core weapon for victory” in a conflict of that magnitude.

“For example, the new-found ability to freeze-dry microorganisms has made it possible to store biological agents and aerosolize them during attacks.”

The reports made by People’s Liberation Army (PLA) scientists and health officials examined the manipulation of diseases to make weapons “in a way never seen before.”

This brings up China’s alleged gain of function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV). Gain-of-function research refers to the serial passaging of microorganisms to increase their transmissibility, virulence, immunogenicity and host tropism by applying selective pressure to a culture.

The WIV has been collecting numerous coronaviruses from bats ever since the SARS outbreak in 2002. The lab is just eight miles from the Huanan wet market, which is where the first cluster of infections erupted in Wuhan.

Two mainstream Israeli radio journalists last week incited violence targeting Palestinian citizens of Israel in Lydd – Lydda in English – a city renamed in Hebrew as Lod after its ethnic cleansing in 1948.

Christian Cleric Attacked Near Church of The Holy Sepulchre

Three Israeli extremists severely targeted and beat a number of clerics from the Armenian Orthodox Church Wednesday evening in occupied Jerusalem, witnesses say. The clerics suffered multiple injuries, including one sustaining an injured eye, according to a report by the Wafa News Agency.

One of the priests, Reverend Arbak Sarukhanian, was attacked and injured while walking to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. The Patriarchate has filed a formal complaint with the Israeli police, after which three of the Israeli extremists responsible for the violence were arrested, according to a report by Asbarez News Agency.

Rev. Sarukhanian was rushed to the hospital and discharged after receiving necessary medical treatment.

Rev. Koryun Baghdasarian, Chancellor at Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem issued this statement : “We demand that law enforcement conducts a fair investigation and that the perpetrators are punished in accordance with the law in order to avoid a recurrence of such incidents in the future.’’

The attacks on the clerics and church officials comes in the midst of numerous attacks on Palestinian churches and mosques, including an Israeli missile that completely destroyed a large mosque in Gaza on Saturday morning.

Church officials worldwide have remained largely silent on the Israeli escalation over the past nine days, in which Israeli forces killed over 200 Palestinians, including over 60 children.

Eight Israelis have been killed over the past ten days as well, mainly by rockets fired indiscriminately over the border by desperate Palestinians imprisoned in Gaza, who constructed the crude rockets out of scrap materials and whatever they were able to find in the besieged coastal Strip.

'I feel like I can't say anything': California councilwoman is branded racist after revealing a text BLM activist sent HER warning 'your name will be all over the papers' when she didn't vote his way on police reform

An Asian American California councilwoman who was branded racist because she revealed a text sent to her by a BLM activist that warned 'your name will be in the papers' for not voting his way has told how she feels she's now gagged by cancel culture.

Lynette Lee Eng is a city councilwoman in Los Altos, next to Palo Alto, a rich and Democratic area of northern California. She was elected in 2016.

In November, she was asked to vote on a proposal that removed two police resource officers from the two high schools in the city, and that would put a third party in charge of handling and processing complaints against the Los Altos Police Department, which has 32 officers and has received 1 use of force complaint in the last six years, and 15 complaints in total.

She felt it was a rushed vote, pushed through by the outgoing mayor who wanted to get the proposal passed in her final days in office after the outrage sparked by George Floyd's killing.

Lee-Eng voted to remove the school resource officer from one high school - where students said they didn't want him anymore - but she voted to abstain on moving police complaints to a third party because she wanted to know how much it would cost the city. The others approved it.

Immediately afterwards, she received a text from Kenan Moos, the 22-year-old organizer of Justice Vanguard warning her: 'Your name will be all over the papers' and saying 'we know there are racists that supported you.'

Because the meeting was still ongoing and happening virtually on Zoom, she announced the text she'd just received. She never said that he had threatened her, but said she felt worried for her family's safety.

In the weeks that followed, Moos, his family and his supporters said repeatedly that it was racist of her to make out that he'd been threatening her, and that it increases his chances of getting killed by police.

Decoding the Twisted New World Order Mindset

1. It Can’t Stand Surprises

A hallmark of the New World Order mindset is a distinct intolerance for, or even a hatred of, surprises. For many people, it is a joy and a relief to live spontaneously, at least for some of the time, without having to spell everything out. Not so for the NWO. This mindset has to have absolutely every detail planned out. Not only that, it needs to ensure nothing can happen to disrupt its plans. Everything must be precisely calculated and tightly controlled. Icke explains it by way of analogy with a sports match. If you want to influence the outcome, you control one team or side; if you want to totally control the outcome, you control both sides. This leaves nothing to chance. It doesn’t take too much of a stretch of the imagination to see how this plays out in US politics, with rigged elections going all the way back to at least the days of JFK (whose well-connected father Joseph Kennedy bought votes for him) if not much further. The recent fiasco where Biden got in was shockingly undeniable and blatant riggery, yet Biden still sits in (or rather hides in the basement of) the White House. The NWO doesn’t ‘hope’ a particular candidate gets elected. They make it happen, every time.

In short, the New World Order mindset is that of a control freak. And what is behind the psychology of a control freak? A lack of comfortability with the unknown and with not being in control. In other words, fear (see #11).

1. The PC Woke Movement and Virtue Signalling

The NWO mindset, being very far from a heart-based consciousness, clearly lacks kindness, compassion and empathy. In a world where such a distinct lack of empathy could render it ostracized, the NWO mindset has to make up for that by pretending to care. However since it is all a ruse, it has to go to great lengths to impress others and visibly demonstrate its (fake) kindness. This is the reason for the Hollywood-style obsession with superficialities and appearances. It’s all about image, baby. This is also the foundation for the recent explosion in the PC (politically correct) woke movement, which never misses an opportunity to demonstrate just how kind it is through its constant virtue signalling. People who are truly kind don’t need to boast how kind they are; people who are truly secure don’t need to show off to hide their insecurity; people who truly see others as humans, all equal, looking at their character not their skin color, don’t need to go around proclaiming how wonderfully anti-racist they are.

1. Military-Style Perception Management: More Spin Than a Washing Machine

To go further with this point, the NWO mindset doesn’t just obsess over image to virtue signal its woke credentials (to cover up for its lack of heart); it also obsesses over image to control mass belief, opinion and perception. It’s military-style perception management. This is reflected in what some of its adherents have said. Take arch-NWO insider and war criminal Henry Kissinger, for example, who once stated that “it is not a matter of what is true that counts, but a matter of what is perceived to be true.”

In this case, what is driving the obsession over image is also a raw lust for control, and a lack of tolerance for widespread distribution of power and decentralized decision-making. It’s about entrainment, the bringing of other mindsets down to its level and frequency so that it can control them. This leads the NWO mindset to spin the truth on every topic under the sun to make itself look better and to mold people’s perceptions to further its own objectives.

1. Always Right, Never Wrong

Ever met a person who always has to be right no matter what? What about a person who will argue, defend and find loopholes in every situation because they’re deadly afraid of being wrong? Either way, such people are characterized by a lack of responsibility and a lack of being willing to take the blame when they deserve it. Former CIA director and Secretary of State under Trump, Zionist Mike Pompeo, proudly proclaimed that in his days at the CIA, “We lied, we cheated, we stole!” The NWO mindset will do whatever it takes to advance its agenda, even if it has to lie, cheat, steal, injure and kill.

Palestine Ambassador: UK must take responsibility for its role in Palestine

UK Palestinian ambassador Husam Zomlot called on the UK to take responsibility for the situation in Palestine during a heated interview on Channel 4 News.

He agreed he believe Britain held responsibility for the Balfour Declaration Treaty of 1917 and its resulting consequences.

When asked by host Krishnan Guru-Murthy what he thought Britain should do to make amends, he said: "I want a clear commitment by the UK government, not by words, but by deeds to fix this, to fix the mess that was created here."

"Number one, the recognition of the State of Palestine — what are they waiting for? This is long overdue, this is our right and their obligation."

He continued: "Number two, enforce your law; the UK law, which clearly stipulates that exporting guns and weapons, arms to a country that violates human rights is illegal — under your law, under international law. Arms embargo immediately."

"Number three, do not import settlement products. It is illegal, and you as the UK describe it as illegal."

He also called on the UK to back Palestine in using international organisations such as the International Criminal Court (ICC) to hold Israel to account for its actions and prevent further war crimes.

He then called on the UK to join the Palestinians in creating international momentum to hold Israel responsible for its actions in Palestine.

Egyptian mediators hold talks to try to secure long-term Israel-Hamas truce

As ceasefire holds, officials reach out to Israel and Gaza-based terror group to firm up deal; Palestinians in the coastal enclave begin to clean up destruction

Egyptian mediators held talks Saturday to firm up an Israel-Hamas ceasefire as Palestinians in the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip began to assess the damage from 11 days of intense fighting. A 130-truck convoy carrying urgently needed aid was headed to Gaza.

Saturday marked the first full day of a truce that ended the fourth Israel-Hamas war in just over a decade. In the fighting, Israel unleashed hundreds of airstrikes against terror targets in Gaza, while Hamas and other terror groups fired more than 4,300 rockets toward Israel. More than 250 people were killed, the majority of them Palestinians. Israel asserts some 200 were terror operatives.

Gaza City’s busiest commercial area, Omar al-Mukhtar Street, was covered in debris, smashed cars, and twisted metal after a 13-floor building in its center was flattened in an Israeli airstrike. Merchandise was covered in soot and strewn inside smashed stores and on the pavement. Municipal workers removed broken glass and twisted metal from streets and sidewalks.

“We really didn’t expect this amount of damage,” said Ashour Subeih, who sells baby clothes. “We thought the strike was a bit further from us. But as you can see not an area of the shop is intact.” Having been in business for one year, Subeih estimated his losses were double what he had made so far.

Legal intrigue swirls over ex-Trump exec Weisselberg: Five key points

Donald Trump’s longtime chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg faces escalating legal jeopardy on multiple fronts over questionable financial activity linked to the former president and the Trump Organization.

Weisselberg is reportedly the subject of a criminal tax probe by the New York attorney general and an overlapping inquiry by the Manhattan district attorney, whose offices have begun coordinating efforts.

The investigative pace seems to have quickened in recent months. Many details still remain unknown, including the breadth of Weisselberg’s potential wrongdoing and the possible evidence he could give to prosecutors on Trump and his business dealings.

Why are investigators looking at Weisselberg?

According to Weisselberg’s former daughter-in-law Jennifer Weisselberg, Trump and his financial chief were virtually inseparable when they worked down the hall from each other on the 26th floor of Trump Tower. She believes her former father-in-law’s testimony would be damning if he cooperates with investigators.

“You walk down the hall, it’s Allen-Donald, Allen-Donald — they don’t do anything separately,” she told The New Yorker. “Allen would know everything.”

Legal experts say a witness like Weisselberg could be crucial in any future prosecution of Trump or his company, particularly given how difficult it can be to secure a guilty verdict in tax-related cases.

Allen Weisselberg’s attorney, Mary Mulligan of the firm Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman, declined to comment and told The Hill that Weisselberg also declined to comment. Duncan Levin, an attorney for Jennifer Weisselberg, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

How could he help prosecutors build a case against Trump?

Weisselberg could provide direct evidence of potential crimes and fill in the details of the Trump Organization’s financial picture.

He was one of only several people involved in preparing Trump’s tax returns, according to Michael Cohen, Trump’s former lawyer and fixer who later spoke out against Trump.

One angle prosecutors are reportedly pursuing is whether Trump’s business gave employees benefits instead of higher salaries as a way to lower the company’s payroll tax burden. Among the alleged recipients are Weisselberg himself and his family members, who reportedly received heavily discounted or free access to Trump-owned apartments in Manhattan.

Thousands of Jews and Arabs march in Tel Aviv for peace, coexistence

Protesters voiced support for the recent ceasefire between Israel and Hamas and called on the government to take immediate action to reach peace with the Palestinians

Thousands of Israelis marched in Tel Aviv on Saturday evening in a show of support for peace and coexistence between Jews and Arabs amid two long weeks of intense violent riots waging across the country.

Protesters also voiced support for the recent ceasefire between Israel and Hamas that came into effect early Friday, calling on the government to take immediate action to end Israeli occupation in the West Bank and to reach peace with the Palestinians.

The mass march was organized by the "Standing Together" and "Breaking the Silence" movements. It left Rabin Square in Tel Aviv and made its way toward Habima Square.

Speakers included well-known Israeli novelist and left-wing activist David Grossman, author ʻAwdah Bishārāt, Joint List leader Ayman Odeh and MK Tamar Zandberg (Meretz).

"I hear politicians and security officials speak about another round of fighting in a few months or years, while being blind to the 7 million Palestinians living between the [Jordan] river and the [Mediterranean] sea," Odeh said. "There are two peoples living here and both deserve the right for self-determination."

Former DOJ lawyer urges Arizona Senate: Resist ‘non-existent federal authority’ over election audit

His election integrity group says DOJ "exaggerates" and mischaracterizes federal law, hides its own track record in court.

The Justice Department's Civil Rights Division is not moving to shut down the Arizona Senate's audit of Maricopa County's 2020 general election — yet.

A former lawyer in the division's Voting Section wants to keep it that way, urging Senate President Karen Fann to resist the "non-existent federal authority" asserted by Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Pamela Karlan earlier this month.

"Conducting an audit of a past election does not violate the Voting Rights Act or any other federal election law," J. Christian Adams wrote May 7 as president and general counsel of the Public Interest Legal Foundation, an election integrity group. (PILF didn't post the letter until May 17.)

The Supreme Court in 2013 threw out the Justice Department's "pre-clearance" requirement for state voting law changes, and it could greenlight further limitations in a briefed case about Arizona restrictions on provisional and absentee ballots.

Adams worked on voting rights cases in the George W. Bush administration. His letter to Fann is dripping with contempt for Karlan, whom he accuses of false claims about his own work and "partisan enforcement of the law."

This week, four House Republicans accused Karlan of trying to intimidate Fann and "cribbing" her talking points from "Leftist groups" that demanded federal intervention in the audit last month.

Florida's Matt Gaetz, Arizona's Andy Biggs and Paul Gosar, and Georgia's Marjorie Taylor Greene may have been spooked by Fann's disclosure that the Senate had previously shelved a plan opposed by Karlan: canvassing voters in precincts with a "high number of anomalies."

It's unclear what effect Karlan's warning letter has had on the audit, whether DOJ will take further action, or if the two sides have even communicated in the past two weeks.

Media contacts for the department and Fann's office have not responded to Just the News queries this week, including a request Friday for DOJ's response to the letter from House Republicans.

Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, ramped up the pressure on Fann Thursday by urging Maricopa County to buy new voting machines because Fann's hired auditors, led by Cyber Ninjas, had allegedly compromised current machines. Such a purchase would likely cost the county millions.

Karlan's May 5 letter first floated the charge that state and local elections officials had lost "ultimate control" over ballots, elections systems and materials, and that contractors were not "adequately" safeguarding them during the audit.

GOP congressman 'forgot' to cast proxy vote that would have killed $1.9B security spending bill

Rep. Carter intended to vote against the $1.9 billion bill, but his proxy vote, which could have sunk the bill, wasn't counted.

California Republican Rep. Ken Calvert "forgot" to cast a proxy vote on behalf of Texas Republican Rep. John Carter that would have sunk the $1.9 billion post-Jan. 6 supplemental security spending bill, Just the News has learned.

Carter's letter granting authority to cast his vote by proxy to Calvert was submitted to the House clerk and accepted. Carter successfully voted by proxy Thursday on "the motion to recommit" that preceded the final vote on the supplemental security bill. Carter's spokesperson told Just the News that he would have voted against the bill if his proxy vote was counted for the final vote.

"The congressman included a statement in the record that he would've voted no," said Carter's spokesperson.

Calvert's spokesperson told Just the News why Carter's proxy wasn't counted during the vote on final passage the $1.9 billion bill.

"Rep. Calvert had been voting by proxy for Rep. Carter throughout the week," the spokesman said. "Rep. Calvert made a mistake and simply forgot to cast Rep. Carter's vote."

House members now have the option to vote by proxy in lieu of in-person voting due to rule changes that the House passed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the House, a tied vote can sink a bill, so a no vote from one or two of the GOP members who didn't vote would have blocked the bill from passing.

Florida Republican Rep. Daniel Webster was against the measure, but he's opposed to using proxy voting and was unable to vote in-person on the bill.

"Rep. Webster missed votes because he was unavoidably detained in the district and wasn’t able to make it to D.C. in time to make the votes," a spokesperson for Webster told Just the News on Friday. "He likely would have opposed the bill — he didn't proxy vote on principle as he is on the record opposing proxy-voting and was part of the original lawsuit challenging its constitutionality."

Aside from the two GOP members whose votes were not recorded, all other Republican House members voted against the bill. The Democrat-led House passed the bill 213-212 on Thursday. There were three Democrats that voted against the bill and 3 Democrats that voted present.

IDF recommends harsh military response for every Gaza rocket

The IDF believes that following the blow to Hamas' defense array (the Metro) it will be able to carry out targeted and accurate attacks on terrorist targets and infrastructure in Gaza when necessary.

In recent discussions taking place among IDF senior commanders, it was agreed to suggest a harsh response for every single rocket launched from Gaza - a dramatically different approach than that implemented in recent years. The IDF has identified Hamas operatives deploying throughout the Gaza Strip to prevent anyone from approaching the fence and launching rockets toward Israel.

The IDF believes that following the blow to Hamas' defense array (the Metro underground tunnel system,) it will be able to carry out targeted and accurate attacks on terrorist targets and infrastructure in Gaza when necessary, as it did between 2006-2008.

IDF estimations consider Yahya Sinwar to be the catalyst that escalated the situation with Israel even more so than Hamas' military chief Mohamed Deif. More than the riots in Jerusalem - from Sheikh Jarrah to Damascus Gate, the Temple Mount and the cancellation of the Palestinian elections, the IDF believes that Sinwar's shifted policy that has fueled the conflict is mainly the results of the last round of elections in Gaza that almost saw him lose his own seat.

IDF officials consider this to be a changing point for Sinwar, which has led to changed on the ground, characterizing his latest policies as "messianic and religious." In a recent briefing held in southern Israel amid the operation in Gaza, IDF Chief of Staff Aviv Kohavi said that "Yahya Sinwar tried to be the protector of Jerusalem and turned out to be the destroyer of Gaza."

Intelligence officials have noted that the military wing of Hamas is disappointed for not being able to reach significant achievements beyond firing rockets toward Israel. Hamas is currently busy asking itself what it actually got out of the operation, the officials added.

Regarding Sinwar, Israel has not identified any remorse or recognition of his strategic mistakes. Either way, the IDF sees great importance in defining a post-operation plan of action for exercising military force. Other issues that the IDF is urging the political echelon to address as soon as possible include the Palestinian elections and the issue of the Israeli captives in Gaza.

Biden Administration To Remove US Oil Company From Northeastern Syria – Report

The Biden administration has decided to not extend a sanctions waiver for a small US oil company to operate in northeastern Syria, Al-Monitor reported on May 21, citing sources informed on the matter.

The company, Delta Crescent Energy LLC, was granted a sanctions waiver by the Trump administration in April 2020. It permitted to work in northeastern Syria oil fields, which are controlled by the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

According to Al-Monitor, the waiver expired on April 30 and the company was given 30 days to shut down its operations in northeastern Syria.

“The decision to withdraw the waiver to produce and sell oil in Syria, which remains heavily sanctioned under the Caesar Act, has been presented by administration officials as a policy correction, not a shift,” Al-Monitor’s report reads.

The company has launched a lobbying campaign to get the waiver renewed. However, sources familiar with the effort told Al-Monitor that they are unlikely to succeed.

The SDF signed a deal with Delta Crescent Energy LLC without the approval of the legitimate government in Damascus, which called it a “deal between thieves”.

The Biden administration’s cosmetic decision to not renew Delta Crescent Energy LLC’s wavier is not a sign of a near US withdrawal from northeastern Syria. In the last few months, the US military boosted its presence in the region which indicates that Washington is planning to keep its troops in the region for the long term.

California Will Lift Most COVID Restrictions, But Will Require Vaccination ID for Large Events

The state of California has released the new guidance that will begin on June 15th (no reasoning for date given) that permits returning to almost all non-COVID activities for California residents. [DETAILS HERE] Essentially it appears that most pre-COVID activities are now authorized by the state; however, large venue gatherings indoors and outdoors will require masks by non-vaccinated persons.

Unlike Oregon who is requiring an entry check for non-mask wearing residents to prove their vaccinated status, within the California rules there is an allowed “self attestation” of vaccination compliance: “Businesses and venue operators may also utilize self-attestation at point of registration, during ticket purchase or on the day of the event prior to entry into the venue.”

Jonathan McCollum, a former Obama campaign aide, is registered to lobby the U.S. federal government on behalf of a Chinese Communist Party-owned energy company.

Now the Chair of Federal Government Relations at Davidoff Hutcher & Citron (DHC) LLP, McCollum previously worked on several Democratic party campaigns including former President Barack Obama’s 2008 run. His professional bio also reveals he served as a legislative correspondent to anti-Trump Senator Gordon Smith and his former stint at the New Hampshire Democratic Party:

“Working for the New Hampshire Democratic Party, he managed two statewide races, a mayoral race, and over thirty municipal campaigns. His accomplishments in New Hampshire led him to become a Regional Field Director and Political Advisor to the Obama Campaign in 2007. In this role, Mr. McCollum handled media relations, managed staff, coordinated volunteer bases, organized events, and gathered political endorsements. He travelled across the country during the 2008 Presidential Primary and managed five counties for the Obama Campaign in Central and South Florida during the General Election.”

Now, McCollum is working on behalf of UNIPEC, a “wholly-owned subsidiary of China International United Petroleum and Chemical Co. Ltd.” and “trading arm” of Chinese state-owned SINOPEC, according to Foreign Agent Registration Ac (FARA) filings.

As the May FARA filing notes, 84 percent of UNIPEC’S parent company is “owned by SINOPEC Group, a People’s Republic of China state-owned company.”

“The period of this agreement shall be for a 12-month term commencing on May 1, 2021 and concluding on April 31, 2022 for a fee of $17,500 per month,” the agreement reads.

Among the services McCollum’s firm will provide UNIPEC with are arranging meetings with U.S. government officials, including individuals in the Biden White House:

“DHC was retained by UNIPEC America, Inc. for government relations consulting to provide regular updates and insights into policy and regulations related to commodities and trade. MESA, Arizona – At least 3,000 America First activists flocked to the Delta by Marriott Mesa on Friday afternoon to witness the second stop in a national rally tour featuring the congressional gadflies Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene.

Following on from the success of their inaugural event at The Villages – The Florida, the pair took their show to the battleground of the Arizona election audit: Maricopa County.

The pair had plenty to say on the matter, diving into detail on election integrity and open border migration both causing ruination in the Copper State.

But in reality, despite barnstorming warm-up acts from local Congressmen Paul Gosar and Andy Biggs, it was the crowd that was the story.

Ranging from younger, more energized activists through to “MAGA” stalwarts in their retirements, the Arizona rally marks an extraordinary moment for the America First movement: a moment where it’s not just President Donald Trump who can draw such crowds, and snake overflow lines several times over around the venue. Over 150,000 people watched on various streams, online.

That’s not to say that Messrs Gaetz, Greene, Gosar, nor Biggs would seek to replace Trump on the national stage.

They all acknowledged – much to Liz Cheney’s chagrin – Trump’s position as leader of the movement. Gaetz bellowed, at one point, “This is Donald Trump’s party, and I am a Donald Trump Republican!”

But it is gratifying to note the ability of the message to draw thousands of audience members despite the best attempts of fraudsters to over-subscribe RSVP lists.

The Mesa rally saw a whopping 115,000 RSVPs, most of which were classed as fraudulent activity prompted by The Lincoln Project group, an organization founded by a known pedophile. A concerted campaign has been aimed at nationalist-populist politicians to attempt to humiliate them and their event organizers, which failed at a recent Nigel Farage rally, and failed again in Arizona this weekend.

Six Months After Election, Georgia’s Fulton County STILL Can’t Provide Chain of Custody For Absentee Ballots

Exactly 200 days since the election, Fulton County still cannot provide a chain of custody for its absentee ballots.

After news broke that a Georgia judge would allow the absentee ballots in Fulton County, Georgia to be unsealed and inspected, The Georgia Star News reports that Fulton County is still unable to provide the chain of custody for absentee ballots. Six months after the election, Fulton County reportedly told the publication that “more time is needed” to provide the chain of custody.

“Six months after the November 2020 election and after failing on two occasions to produce complete chain of custody documents for absentee ballot drop boxes, the Fulton County Registration and Elections officials advise that ‘more time is needed.'” The publication adds that these absentee ballots were “deposited over a 41-day voting period in 37 drop boxes placed throughout Fulton County.” The Center for Tech and Civic Life, funded heavily by Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg and other big tech billionaires, provided a massive amount of funding to counties and cities across the country for the purpose of installing these drop boxes.

The publication explains that their initial request for the chain of custody was in the form of an open records request on December 1, 2020. Officials claimed they would have the documents delivered by January 19. On January 22, the documents were “found to be insufficient to the request.” A second open records request was filed on April 8, with the county pledging to respond by April 19. The county then claimed that the “large file size required more time for review” and pushed until April 23. On May 3 these documents were delivered, and according to The Star News, “Fulton County’s own documentation showed that 385 transfer forms representing 18,901 absentee ballots deposited into drop boxes were still missing.”

The saga continued on May 17, when “The Star News advised Fulton County officials of the discrepancy in the documents received versus those that Fulton County says are available in their spreadsheet,” and, “On May 21, Fulton County responded,” and simply told the Star News that “more time is needed to review your findings.”

Yesterday, a Georgia judge granted a motion to unseal and inspect the absentee ballots. As National File reported, “Judge Brian Amero, of the Henry County Superior Court in Georgia, made the ruling on the Fulton County absentee ballots on Thursday. At a hearing on Monday, Judge Amero had indicated that he was inclined to rule in favor of unsealing the ballots, but requested a detailed plan for any inspection from election integrity advocate Garland Favorito, who filed the suit. ‘We want to do this in such a way that dispels rumors and disinformation and sheds light,’ Amero said during the hearing. ‘The devil’s in the details.’”

17 GOP Attorneys General Back South Dakota’s Lawsuit Over Mount Rushmore July 4 Fireworks Cancellation

Seventeen Republican attorneys general have filed an amicus brief in support of a lawsuit brought by South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem against the Biden administration over its decision to deny a request to hold a fireworks display at Mount Rushmore National Memorial in July to celebrate Independence Day.

The Biden administration canceled the fireworks display in a decision in March. Herbert Frost, a regional director for the National Park Service, cited the COVID-19 pandemic as a key factor in making his decision, saying that public health guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) “currently recommends that large gatherings be avoided, particularly those in which physical social distancing cannot be maintained between people who live in different households.”

Noem sued over the decision, calling Mount Rushmore “the very best place to celebrate America’s birthday and all that makes our country special.”

Now her lawsuit has the backing of seventeen attorneys general from Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia. In a court document (pdf), filed on Friday, they called the Biden administration’s decision to cancel the fireworks display “arbitrary and capricious.”

“Given the importance of the Fourth of July holiday and the special role of Mount Rushmore as a national monument, amici States have an interest in seeing the fireworks display take place again this year,” the attorneys general said in the document, which was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota.

They argued that there is strong public interest in holding a Fourth of July fireworks display at Mount Rushmore, while “the Department of Interior’s flimsy and unsupported rationale for refusing to allow a fireworks display is arbitrary and capricious.”

They argued that last year’s celebration at Mount Rushmore was held when the pandemic was worse and before vaccines were developed.

“More than seven thousand visitors attended, and contact tracing has failed to identify even one case of COVID-19 tied to the event,” they wrote.

In addition to pandemic-related health concerns, the National Park Service also cited opposition from local tribes as factors in rejecting South Dakota’s bid to display fireworks.

The attorneys general acknowledged tribal objections, but argued that, “the mere fact that some people may oppose a fireworks display is not a sufficient justification for cancelling an important national celebration.”

The Epoch Times reached out to the White House for comment following Noem’s lawsuit in April, but did not receive a reply.

Following the announcement of the lawsuit, Ian Fury, communications director for Noem, told The Epoch Times via email that the governor “is going to do everything in her ability to ensure that we can celebrate America’s birthday with fireworks at Mount Rushmore.”
