This was mentioned here before, but it bears repeating: The "vaccines" are apparently driving the emergence of "variants".
I did some of the same regarding ethical choices and cheap imports, but I'm saving a lot of money now having learned some lessons. The health food store had a lot of cool products that were just more 'fancy' than necessary such as glass jarred vegan yogurt. Not needed.
Planted some onions, herbs. Really easy. Gradually working some home grown items into my diet.
I like your thought about it being a duty to avoid taxes in the Stolen Republic. I agree.
