One way I'm pondering it is by thinking of what I Note myself when reading breads.

Sometimes it's just Anons saying things in convo.

Like this (roughly paraphrased) from this past week.

Anon 1: They've relaxed the mask rules in my midwest city - everone is in a better mood now.

Anon 2: Same here in Florida but it's still 50/50 wearing them because old people.

Anon 3: Gretch says we gotta keep covering up the milkies here in Michigan.

Anon 4: Yeah, even out here in Cali we're supposed to keep wearing them but a lot of people are taking them off it's great.

Stuff like that is Notable to me as you can see I've membered bits of it.

Why not have a Notable line of stuff like above (when applicable) saying Anons Opine on Mask Restrictions Being Lifted.
