This applies to the multi-choice races only - they had to choose FOUR (4) state senators. On those races, the machines generatedovervotesdue to folds.
On all the races that were single-line (all Federal races etc.), the machines didn't miscount.
It does start to illustrate that the machines have problems, but it doesn't open the door to changing the Federal results.
This explains why Sununu did not prevent it.I bet they knew about this for years, and knew exactly what the problem was. These machines are 20 years old.
