Handshakes are stupid.
I have despised handshakes way before covid ever made an appearance. When the custom of handshaking started, people used to wear dressy gloves. Now handshaking just swaps and spreads germs. People should keep their hands to themselves.
Seatbelts kill people too.
Yet we have these seatbelt laws.
I remember when cars didn't have seatbelts.
Then car manufacturers were required, by law, to put them in cars.
Then all of a sudden there were these laws that we had to wear them.
I've always thought that it should be a personal choice to wear them or not.
Meanwhile, school buses, public buses and trains do not have seatbelts.
No seatbelts on motorcycles either. And many states don't even have helmet laws.
