and this baker explicitly said he will not collect notables
so how is this going to work?
how is what is notable going to be decided?

I only tried to fight for all the anons that posted under what has been the way things were done for years until a couple hours ago
but so much for the hive mind
a "new" baker, that's "learning how to do it", that removes the notables added by the previous baker because he decided to change the rules, and "listens" to a tag team of "anons" that suddenly self-appointed them as judges of what's worthy or not
all under the cover of "it was supposedly done that way" "in the old days", rewriting history as to what happened, and claiming it's "done for the good of the board"
right when the election stuff and the rest starts to heat up - a great move
all the anons in the world that used to read the notables every day - sorry guys, it's over
also, don't bother posting here anymore, you will have to be approved by a committee of self-appointed anons, that will need to approve everything in triplicate - anons will surely continue to bother coming post here
maybe we should let the people who run the aggregators know what's going on, and figure out another way to forward them the notables
