This anon worked in telecom for an entire career, per OSHA you can't even put on a harness to think about climbing a tower without a safety guy and all the safety rigging being right there, but we are asked to believe this guy, a gov employee is apparently sent out solo?

And it gets inspected without photo documentation?

I know we were required to submit dozens of pics for a 30ft tower inspection, and potential for loss of life is practically nil compared to a highway bridge.

Structural engineers compare pics over the course of years to gauge rate of corrosion. This is b.s. coverup.
