Facing Dry Year, CA State Water Board is Draining California Reservoirs

CA reservoirs were designed to provide a steady five year supply for all users, and were filled to the top in June 2019

“In the last 14 days, 90% of Delta inflow went to sea. It’s equal to a year’s supply of water for 1 million people.

#ManMadeDrought,” Central Valley farmer Kristi Diener said.

Diener, a California water expert and farmer, has been warning steadily that water is unnecessarily being let out to sea as the state faces a normal dry year.

“Are we having a dry year? Yes,” Diener says. “That is normal for us. Should we be having water shortages in the start of our second dry year? No. Our reservoirs were designed to provide a steady five year supply for all users, and were filled to the top in June 2019.”

Don’t believe her?

“You’re looking at our largest reservoirs less than two years ago. They were absolutely teeming with water from 107% to 145% of average!” Diener says. “Our reservoirs held enough water for everyone who relies on them for their water supply, for 7 years. We are barely into our second dry year. WHERE DID IT GO?”

“Where did it go” indeed. According to the California Legislative Analyst’s Office, statewide water use averages 85 gallons per person per day. But it’s always urban/residential water users ordered to conserve water: let lawns turn brown and landscaping die, limit showers and baths, wash clothing and dishes less frequently, and other absurd “helpful tips.”

Diener also asks, “How can this year be the driest year on record when it has more than 7 months left? That’s just fake news and crisis creation.”

America’s Frontline Doctors Files Motion for Temporary Restraining Order Against Use of COVID Vaccine in Children

America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) today filed a motion in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama requesting a temporary restraining order against the emergency use authorization (EUA) permitting using the COVID-19 vaccines in children under the age of 16, and that no further expansion of the EUAs to children under the age of 16 be granted prior to the resolution of these issues at trial.

The case will challenge the EUAs for the injections on several counts, based on the law and scientific evidence that the EUAs should never have been granted, the EUAs should be revoked immediately, the injections are dangerous biological agents that have the potential to cause substantially greater harm than the COVID-19 disease itself, and that numerous laws have been broken in the process of granting these EUAs and foisting these injections on the American people.

AFLDS Founder Dr. Simone Gold spoke about the reasons for filing the motion:

“We doctors are pro-vaccine, but this is not a vaccine,” she said. “This is an experimental biological agent whose harms are well-documented (although suppressed and censored) and growing rapidly, and we will not support using America’s children as guinea pigs.”

She continued:

“We insist that the EUA not be relinquished prematurely; certainly not before trials are complete – October 31, 2022 for Moderna and April 27, 2023 for Pfizer. We are shocked at the mere discussion of this, and will not be silent while Americans are used as guinea pigs for a virus with survivability of 99.8% globally and 99.97% under age 70.

“Under age 20 it is 99.997% – ‘statistical zero’.

“There are 104 children age 0-17 who died from COVID-19 and 287 from COVID + Influenza – out of ~72 million. This equals zero risk. And we doctors won’t stand for children being offered something they do not need and of whom some unknown percentage will suffer.”

AFLDS Pediatric Director Dr. Angie Farella explained:

“My greatest concerns with the vaccination of children under the age of 18 is the fact that there is no prior study of these individuals before December of 2020.”

She went on to say:

“Children were not included in the trials, and the adult trials do not have any long-term safety data currently available.”

AFLDS Legal Director Ali Shultz commented on AFLDS’ filing:

“Not many people could have taken this on. Dr. Simone Gold is a doctor, and a lawyer, and a fierce warrior who will stop at nothing to protect humanity.

Hackers Steal Personal Data of 4.5 Million Airline Passengers, Including Passport & Credit Card Info

“This incident affected around 4,500,000 data subjects in the world,” the company said in a statement.

The airline explained that hackers have gained access to personal information that was registered between August 26, 2011 and February 3, 2021. The stolen data included passengers’ names, dates of birth, contacts, passport details, and ticket information.

The credit card data was also compromised, but Air India said that CVV/CVC numbers were “not held by our data processor.”

The company also said that “no passwords were affected.” It added that “external specialists” had been brought in to help secure the compromised servers.-

Researchers Find 1,000 Different Proteins in AstraZeneca’s COVID Vaccine Linked to Deadly Blood Clots

A German scientist has discovered why the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines” made by AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson (J&J) are causing some recipients to develop deadly blood clots.

According to Prof. Andreas Greinacher, a blood expert from the University of Greifswald, the two viral vector vaccines contain genetically modified (GMO) cold viruses that, upon injection, trigger an autoimmune response.

Stray proteins, Greinacher says, along with a preservative used specifically in the AstraZeneca jab known as ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), are directly responsible for causing the blood clots, he says.

Greinacher and his team identified more than 1,000 human-derived cell proteins in the injections that they believe are getting into people’s bloodstreams and clamping onto a blood component known as platelet factor 4, or PF4, where they form complexes that activate the production of antibodies.

This then generates an inflammatory response throughout the body, as the immune system is tricked into believing that it has been infected with bacteria. The immune system then overreacts and goes nuts, essentially, causing deadly bleeding and clotting.

Greinacher compares the way the injections trigger this otherwise dormant immune response to “awakening a sleeping dragon.” And all for a virus with a 99.9-plus percent survival rate.

Covid vaccines kill, but the establishment still wants you injected

Prof. John Kelton from McMaster University in Canada says he and his team have replicated and confirmed Greinacher’s findings, though they are unsure if his causal theory is accurate.

Greinacher, meanwhile, is hoping the two respective vaccine makers will cooperate in nailing down whether or not his causal theory is correct.

“We strongly support raising awareness of the signs and symptoms of this very rare event, and we are currently exploring a potential collaboration with Dr. Greinacher,” a J&J spokesperson is quoted as saying.

Numerous other peer-reviewed studies have likewise confirmed Greinacher’s findings, reiterating that the type of blood clotting being observed from J&J and AstraZeneca injections is known as vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia, or VITT.

Most of the science hubs investigating the clotting issue, which was first identified back in March, focus on a similar condition known as heparin-induced thrombocytopenia, or HIT, which has near-identical symptoms and outcomes to VITT.

“With HIT,” The Wall Street Journal reported, “the blood-thinning drug heparin causes clots paired with an abnormal decrease in the blood’s natural clotting agents.”

When the commercial banks expand their balance sheets, they are buying ‘income producing assets’ that is paychecks from people who work and income from business. This is the exact same process as QE.

When these commercial banks run into the enivtable trouble of repayment due to the magic of compound interest, they dump these assets at 100 cents to the dollar to the federal reserve. One way the Fed does this is by getting the federal government to guarantee a fund ie maiden lane and it magically transmutes worthless assets into US government debt equivalents.

That is ALL the fed is. They are a DUMPING ground for bad assets by Wallstreet. The federal reserve reacts to the private banking system.

3) The Fed is staffed by clueless professors and fortune tellers who call themselves economists. Modern economists fulfill 2 roles. 4) The federal government sets the price level in the economy when it spends money on objectives. These objectives are what determine how the economy will look like. Keynesian deficit spending inflates the nominal incomes of certain groups while debasing real wages. This increase in prices allows the banking system to appear solvent, since they are able to expand loans at higher prices against the same fixed things, thereby increasing their interest income. So a 200k house is now 1million etc.

Black Man Files Federal Lawsuit After Illinois Police Officers Told Him a Container With His Daughter’s Ashes Tested Positive for Drugs

It’s so strange that bootlickers exist when cops continually do shit that makes any normal person without authoritarian tendencies go “Wow, that’s fucked up.” A Black man in Illinois has filed a federal lawsuit after officers took a small urn containing his daughter’s ashes and said it tested positive for drugs.

Wow. That’s fucked up.

According to the Washington Post, Dartavius Barnes was handcuffed and put into a squad car on April 6, 2020 after being pulled over for allegedly speeding and ignoring a stop sign. Body camera footage shows that Barnes cooperated with officers during the stop, exiting the vehicle when asked, and giving the officers permission to search his vehicle. Barnes even told the officers that he had marijuana in his vehicle.

Barnes became understandably agitated when the officers approached him with a metal container that contained the ashes of his 2-year-old daughter, Ta’Naja Barnes. The officers tested the container and told Barnes it came back positive for meth or ecstasy.

“Give me that, bro. That’s my daughter. Please give me my daughter, bro. Put her in my hand, bro. Y’all are disrespectful, bro,” Barnes can be heard yelling at the officers in the footage.

Barnes’ daughter tragically died as a result of starvation and neglect, with her mother and her mother’s boyfriend being sentenced to decades in prison as a result.

The body camera footage shows the officers discussing the contents of the container. “At first I thought it was heroin, then I checked for cocaine, but it looks like it’s probably molly,” one officer said.

“X pills?” another officer replied, referring to ecstasy.

After discussing what Barnes had told them, the officers returned the urn to Barnes’ father who arrived on the scene and was visibly upset after learning they tested the ashes. The officers eventually let Barnes go, with video showing one officer filing a police report in his squad car and saying “I’m just going to give him a notice to appear on the weed.”

“Aside from pissed-off dad and testing the dead baby ashes,” another officer replies. Just gotta love that people with such callousness are the ones in charge of public safety. Totally makes me feel safer.

Barnes filed a federal lawsuit against the city, and the six officers involved in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois last October. Barnes alleges that they unlawfully tested them without his permission, and that they “desecrated” her ashes when they allegedly spilled some while testing them.

A federal district judge has set a jury trial for next year.

Six Israelis killed in Italy’s cable car accident

Israeli family lived in Pavia, a town renowned for its university some 35 kilometers south of Milan.

Six Israelis were reportedly killed in a cable car accident in northern Italy on Sunday which saw a cable car linking Italy's Lake Maggiore with a nearby mountain plunge 20 meters to the ground.

The Foreign Ministry received the information from the Italian authorities and did not know of the two families are related. The names will not be released to the public until the ministry has more information.

According to Italian daily La Repubblica, an Israeli family was killed, including 30-year-old Amit Biran, 27-year-old Tal Peleg, their two year old son Tom, as well as grandfather Itshak Cohen and grandmother Barbara Konisky Cohen.

The young family lived in Pavia, a town renowned for its university some 35 kilometers south of Milan. The grandparents were reportedly visiting them.

Another five-year-old child is hospitalized, according to Italian reports.

At least 14 people died in the event.

The Stresa-Mottarone cable car takes tourists and locals from the town on Lake Maggiore, almost 1,400 meters above sea level to the top of the Mottarone mountain in 20 minutes.

"We are devastated, in pain," Marcella Severino, Stresa's mayor told broadcaster RAI, while Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi voiced his condolences to the families of the victims.

The cable car was traveling up the mountain when the cabin fell some 20 meters to the ground and rolled several times down the steep slopes before it was stopped by trees, Severino said.

People hiking nearby heard a loud hiss just before the crash, she said, adding that the accident was believed to have been caused by one of the cables breaking.

Italy's alpine rescue service said a call had first come just after midday (1000 GMT), adding that the cable car was lying "crumpled" in the woods and two children were taken by helicopter to a pediatric hospital in the nearby city of Turin.

Severino said that some of the victims had been found trapped inside the car, with others thrown out into the woods.

Coroners had started identifying the victims, who included foreign nationals, she said, without giving further details.

On May 22, the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) announced that they had neutralized the supplies of ISIS cells in Kirkuk during a special operation in the province’s southwestern region.

In an official statement, deputy commander of the PMU’s 1st Special Missions Regiment, Khalil al-Hajami, said that the operation was carried out in the towns of Ziklabana, Jiam, Dabbagh and Al Bouzerga after receiving intelligence about ISIS activities and supplies there.

“The force found loads of ammunition, explosive materials as well as hideouts that ISIS used to attack the PMU and the security forces,” al-Hajami said in the statement. “These were the most important supplies of ISIS in those areas.”

Most Americans who like wearing a mask all day because it makes them feel more secure about not catching Covid also enjoy the control factor, where they can hassle the people who aren’t wearing a mask by giving them dirty looks or a verbal assault. “Inherently, the problem with that, is that when our constitution was built, our constitution was built on those founding principles, but was not built on those founding principles including the humanization of marginalized folks.

“So you cannot cite our constitution, our constitution should be burned, because our constitution in and of itself is only written for who owned land? Men at the time, it’s still written accordingly. Who was owned? Black folks. Those amendments have not been ratified. You should read your constitution.”

Doran said the constitution as it stands now is full of “oppressive amendments and languaging.” “The constitution itself is only rooted in Enlightenment for white people, just like this country,” said the educator.

Apartheid: A Global Racist Phenomenon

The current situation of Israeli house demolitions in Sheikh Jarrah is highlighting the ongoing ethnic cleansing of Palestinians from their indigenous lands in order to protect the demographic dominance of the Israeli Jewish population. The system well under way and being strengthened each year is that of apartheid.

Historical moments

In pre World War I Europe, the various empires were contesting most indigenous lands around the world. The Middle East had newly discovered resources of oil and the militaries of the world were changing from coal fired to oil powered ships of war. In the eyes of the British empire, as well as the burgeoning interests of the U.S. in Saudi oil, a Jewish state made sense, an outpost to keep the Arabs under control as well as to protect the transportation of oil by pipelines to the Mediterranean coast.

A long history of demographic fears is apparent in most of the contributors to the establishment and maintenance of the Israeli state. Theodor Herzl, Ze’ev Jabotinsky, and Chaim Weizman all understood that the indigneous Palestinian population would be hostile to their development of a Jewish state in the region. Arguments made to the British government of the period varied, but arguably the ones carrying the most weight were the imperial desires of the British to control the Middle East for its oil resources, oil transportation routes, and its general transportation routes through to Persia and India.

The Balfour letter of 1917 promoted the idea of a Jewish state in Palestine, a promissory note, indicating “nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine.” As is common with empires various other intrigues carried on simultaneously, the two most notable being the Sykes-Picot agreement to divide the Ottoman empire into areas of French and British control, as well as the MacMahon-Hussein correspondence recognizing a post war Arab state in former Ottoman lands.

The Balfour letter carried the day. The 1919 Treaty of Versailles went against Woodrow WIlson’s ideals of all nationals having a right to determine their own status and led to the establishment of the French and Palestinian mandates in the Middle East. From then on the British to varying degrees both allowed Jewish immigration to Mandatory Palestine and later fought against the same immigrants, the various Jewish militant groups being described as terrorists at the time. The British also significantly suppressed any Palestinian expressions of independence.

After World War II the recognition of the holocaust gave impetus and sympathy to the Jewish cause. The UN Partition Plan – a plan, not a law – tentatively divided the mandate into two separate states. Britain pulled up stakes and departed, followed by the nakba of 1948 creating the new Israeli state. At the time as many as 500 Palestinian villages were destroyed and as many as 750 000 Palestinians were expelled from the new Israeli territories. Prior to this David Ben Gurion had set plans for expulsion understanding there would be Palestinian resistance.

A large part of the demographic fear had been reduced, but the continued presence of Palestinians remaining in their homeland has since then slowly created an apartheid state, and has since then created a slow moving set of rules and regulations assisting with the ongoing ethnic cleansing of the state and what might be considered by Israel a partial solution – apartheid.

She is set to be sentenced on June 30th.

ORDER: Defendant Allison Mack’s sentencing hearing is SCHEDULED for Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. and, if necessary, Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.

The court DIRECTS the parties to adhere to the following schedule with respect to their pre-sentencing submissions:

Ms. Mack shall file her objections, if any, to the Presentence Investigation Report by June 7, 2021;

the Government and Probation Office shall file their responses to Ms. Mack’s objections by June 14, 2021;

Devin Nunes on Revelations of Hunter Biden Trips Through Joint Base Andrews: ‘Proof of Corporate Media’s Utter Corruption’

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), the ranking member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), told Breitbart News that revelations in a new book that President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden took more than 20 trips through Joint Base Andrews are more proof of “utter corruption” of establishment media.

“The revelation of Hunter Biden’s trips through Joint Base Andrews is further proof of the corporate media’s utter corruption and blinding partisanship,” Nunes told Breitbart News exclusively on Sunday. “They dismissed, ridiculed, and censored reporting on Hunter’s obvious conflicts of interest for the sole purpose of helping Joe Biden’s election prospects. The corporate media has fully merged with the Democratic Party, and their reporting is indistinguishable from crude Democrat talking points.”

Nunes’s comments on this matter come after revelations about Hunter Biden’s travel practices, when his father was vice president to former President Barack Obama, were published Saturday from the new book Breaking the News: Exposing the Establishment Media’s Secret Deals and Hidden Corruption. In particular, the book—from Breitbart News Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow—revealed Secret Service travel records that showed Hunter Biden took 411 trips, including to 29 foreign countries and 23 trips through Joint Base Andrews, from 2009 to 2014. During that time, his father—now the president of the United States—was vice president of the United States.

The reason why the Joint Base Andrews trips are important is because that is the home of Air Force One and Air Force Two. On Saturday, Breitbart News published a piece from Marlow adapted from the book that further explained the significance of the revelations:

Despite this evidence that there was not an “absolute wall” between Hunter and Joe when it comes to business endeavors, the establishment press has shown little interest in exploring whether Hunter was actually leveraging his father’s power to enrich himself. In fact, quite the contrary. The New York Times, for example, published a story in 2020 portraying Hunter as a skilled artist who was mastering painting. The article, headlined “There’s a New Artist in Town. The Name Is Biden,” un-ironically featured glossy photographs of a relaxed and polished Hunter Biden working away in his studio.

The American public has been told consistently that Hunter Biden is as pure as the driven snow. Joe Biden called his son “the smartest guy I know.” Dr. Jill Biden (Ed.D.) and Joe both expressed confidence that Hunter had done nothing wrong. And, of course, Joe said he thought it was all Russian disinformation. And of course, Facebook and Twitter famously censored bombshell reporting by the New York Post on Hunter Biden that has not been proven to be “Russian” or “disinfo.”

MSNBC host proposes 'the most radical of things' to fight police brutality: 'Time to burn it down'

MSNBC host Tiffany Cross proclaimed Saturday that she is willing to undertake the "the most radical" of solutions to fix what she believes is a problem with police brutality and racist law enforcement.

Cross was reacting to the recently released video of Ronald Greene, a Louisiana man who died in 2019 while in police custody.

The New York Times reported Friday:

The death of Ronald Greene after a police chase in Louisiana in 2019 is attracting new scrutiny after the publication of police body camera footage that appears to show a starkly different version of events than the one given by the Louisiana State Police.

What did Cross say?

Speaking on her MSNBC show, Cross declared that it's "time to burn it down," referring to what she and many activists believe is a problematic criminal justice system.

"I am outraged, and exhausted, and angry. That video is practically unwatchable. And I think about that man's family, and his mother, and what they must be going through," Cross said.

"And I just wonder— this is clearly not a system that can be reformed, and I just— what can we do to stop this? Because it feels like it's just time to burn it down, you know?" she continued. "We ask, please stop killing us. It hasn't happened. At this point it's a demand and it's still happening."

Later, Cross admitted she is "up for the most radical of things" to prevent more black people from being killed by police.

I don't even know the words to describe the level of outrage I feel thinking about what this man's— his mother had to watch that tape. You've organized all over the country. I am so ready for this fight. I am so ready for this fight, because I don't want to see another person go through that. How do we organize ourselves out of this quagmire? They're attacking our voting rights. They're attacking our lives and livelihoods. They're killing us if they're not over-criminalizing us and putting us in jail. As a longtime organizer what is it that we do?

Because I have to say, as a people, for my people, I am up for the most radical of things to make sure that we live.

Spies suspect 500 incidents of foreign meddling in Australian politics, society

Australian intelligence has identified about 500 recent incidents of covert foreign agents interfering in domestic politics and society, but the nation’s chief spy insists that “at least 99.9 per cent” of the diaspora communities here are uninvolved.

The previous head of domestic spy agency ASIO, Duncan Lewis, had said in 2017 that the agency was being overwhelmed by foreign interference and espionage and in 2018 that it was happening at unprecedented levels.

But the number of instances has not been known publicly until now. ASIO’s last public update said that it had dealt with more than 30 cases in 2020. Only a handful were publicly visible.

In an interview for the new book Red Zone, by this correspondent, a senior intelligence officer said there were about 500 known or suspected cases of foreign interference and espionage in Australia in late 2020.

The official, speaking on condition of anonymity, emphasised the qualifiers “known or suspected”. Not all suspected cases were verified, and it was possible that there were undetected cases.

Several countries are behind such activity but officials have said that the Chinese Communist Party is by far the most active in trying to influence Australian politicians and political processes covertly.

The current head of ASIO, Mike Burgess, said covert agents of foreign powers made up just a tiny minority of diaspora communities.

“It is important to understand that ASIO works with – not against – diaspora communities as we seek to help and protect them,” he said in an interview for the book.

“I am always at pains to distinguish between diaspora communities on the one hand and the foreign governments and their intelligence services that are conducting foreign interference on the other.

“I would venture that at least 99.9 per cent of the diaspora community are fine. In fact, it is the diaspora communities that are often the victims of interference. I am an immigrant myself [from England, with his family when aged seven]. I understand that fondness for the country of your birth does not mean you are disloyal to Australia, and it certainly does not mean you are a security threat.”

Rand Paul says he won't get COVID vaccine because he believes illness made him immune

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that individuals who have previously had the illness still get vaccinated.

Senator Rand Paul during an interview with John Catsimatidis said that he does not plan to get the COVID-19 vaccine because he has already contracted the illness and has developed natural immunity.

The Kentucky Republican noted that “until they show me evidence that people who've already had the infection are dying in large numbers or being hospitalized or getting very sick," he has personally chosen not to get vaccinated since he previously had the illness and believes that he now possesses natural immunity.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that individuals who have previously had the illness still get vaccinated: "Yes, you should be vaccinated regardless of whether you already had COVID-19. That’s because experts do not yet know how long you are protected from getting sick again after recovering from COVID-19," the CDC website says. "If you were treated for COVID-19 with monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma, you should wait 90 days before getting a COVID-19 vaccine."

State-funded UK study says Pfizer, AstraZeneca vaccines are ‘highly effective’ against Indian Covid-19 variant

Two doses of the Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccines provide sufficient protection against symptomatic disease from the Indian strain of Covid-19, which is thought to be more vaccine-resistant, a study by Public Health England says.

“New study by PHE shows for the first time that 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccines are highly effective” against the virus variant first identified in India, a UK government press release citing the study’s results said.

The research shows that the Pfizer vaccine provides 88% protection against symptomatic disease caused by the Indian variant two weeks after the patient receives the second dose, while AstraZeneca’s vaccine is 66% effective.

The first dose of both vaccines is only 33% effective against symptomatic disease. The press release explains the difference in the effectiveness of the two by the fact that the “rollout of second doses of AstraZeneca was later than for the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine,” and it “takes longer to reach maximum effectiveness with the AstraZeneca.”

“This study provides reassurance that 2 doses of either vaccine offer high levels of protection against symptomatic disease from the [Indian] variant,” Dr. Mary Ramsay, the head of immunisation at Public Health England (PHE), said.

She also said the researchers expect the vaccines to be “even more effective at preventing hospitalisation and death,” though they do not have sufficient evidence to estimate the effectiveness against severe outcomes of infections caused by the Indian strain, the government statement said.

Despite providing a decent level of protection after two doses, both vaccines appear to be slightly less effective against the Indian variant in comparison to the British strain, the study shows. According to PHE, Pfizer is 93% effective against the British strain, and AstraZeneca provides 66% protection after two doses.

The results were lauded by Health Secretary Matt Hancock, who called them groundbreaking evidence in support of the UK’s vaccination program.
