I'm not sure how this relates to our current situation vis a vis "COVID-19" jabs. However, in the case of other vaccines, manufacturer immunity from liability is not complete. As in other matters, I wonder if "fraud vitiates everything".

I think anyone who got mumps in college after taking several doses of MMR should be compensated. Merck had to know it was a bad product and seems to have committed fraud to give it a monopoly position. Mumps in older boys/men can cause infertility.
