What do you have against the Pope? You know that you can demonstrate the Papacy as an extension of the OT Church, and from early Church fathers? And from middle Church fathers (including Orthodox Saints)? Also it just intuitively makes sense that Christ would leave a Church with a visible head who is protected by the Holy Spirit from protecting His Church from defecting into error. Vatican Archives? The fact that the Church keeps secrets? Yeah I can see how that would be annoying, but considering how dangerous ideas are (you just have to look at what we're doing here for proof of that), it's hard to judge from the outside. This is infinitely more true if you're not a saint.

Child molestations and how that's handled is still terrible and hard to stomach. But that's just an emotional argument stating that the people are bad, which is not really surprising considering how much Satan wants to attack and destroy Christ's Church, and what better way than by infiltrating it and causing scandal. The thing is this is just an emotional argument, and just like the people who use the emotional argument of the problem of evil to try to disprove God, it also fails because it doesn't touch on whether the actual claims of the Church are true or false. That is, the Church can still be God's Church, even if there are bad people doing bad things in it. So, while powerful rhetorically, rationally it doesn't work.
