In Korea, I learned in a Classified Medical Intelligence Briefing (Yes these exist) in the late 90's that Hydroxy chloroquine cures about 90+% of all ailments. The Doctor went a bit off track about the Pharmaceutical Industry but to my 19 y/o brain I was interested in other things at the time. I was super intrigued until a Master Sergeant fell I'll from an infected power burn from hot brass on his neck. We had crossed the River near Osan Airbase conducting a MOOT-W (Military Operations Other than War) Patrol, and he had contracted something called "Internal Korean Measles" and was at death's door. He was flown back to Elmendorf AFB where a Doctor from Wilford Hall, Lackland AFB, TX had flown up with a small wooden box with a single Black Pill. He said it's content was highly classified and never told the MSgt what it was. He told the MSgt that if this didn't save him, nothing else could. He took it and recovered, although he was never right again and received a medical retirement. After this, My eyes were opened and I spent 23+ years taking notes.
