Yeah pretty sure all the biblical prophets knowingly or unknowingly tripping on mushrooms. The lessons learned from the trips are highly enlightening that one can never really forget. I remember after the Heroic dose I did I crossed over into a really vivid realm but saw a demon which I ended up crushing and killing with my hand. Ever since that trip I have really vivid dreams now where I see demons and other spirits that come to visit me. As soon as I see a demon without hesitation I just attack it and try to kill it. Becoming stronger and training in the physical realm really helps in the astral one. Or I'm just fucking brain damaged now who knows.

Magic mushrooms is a really good shortcut. I learned to meditate under a really good Buddhist monk and reached a state of 'Oneness' for a few seconds then freaked out and exited that state. After experiencing momentary Oneness it lasted for about a week where I was really really hyper focused on the moment. Mushrooms basically got me into that state and it was a really intense version of it. Basically I think magic mushrooms will unlock in your brain what it might take Buddhist monks several years or even decades to attain. It is really really hard to achieve a state of Oneness in modern society. You have to avoid everything, no tech, no socializing, strict eating schedule, staying inside the temple, no sex, no masturbation and you meditate all day every day.

I recommend mindful meditation. I did it for about a week to achieve Oneness. So as you breath in, saying in your head 'breathing in', as you're breathing out say in your head 'breathing out'. You will notice your mind will wander a lot. Anytime you have wandering thoughts you say 'thinking', 'thinking', 'thinking'. When you are eating say 'eating', when you are walking say 'walking', 'walking', 'walking' etc, etc.

 

I did this for about a week and got very little results and then it just kicked in all at once. I was sitting doing the meditation and I slightly moved my hand and heard the noise of my moving hand against my pants as if I WAS the sound. Then my conciousness moved with the sound and hit the wall, another wall, then I went out the window, I was out of my body and started moving outside and was bouncing off the trees hearing every leaf rustle. After bouncing to the 2nd tree I freaked out and left the trance. Pretty sure If I mastered that state I could be anywhere I wanted to be.

Kundalini is your energy spiral that goes through your spine. Yoga and physical fitness is just as important as training the mind. Mind-body connection. You are an electrical being, and when electricity moves it creates a magnetic field which you have one too also called an 'Aura' or electromagnetic field. Take care of your spine. But the type of meditation I'm referring to and trained in was called Mindful Meditation, not sure the other names for it.

Yeah, changed my life. I can't sleep without the techniques I learned from my master. Although it's pretty much impossible for me to meditate without being at the temple and under guidance. Way too many distractions out in the real world. My meditation now I would say is cycling, it's just me and the 12ft of road ahead.
