I would think that comms chain would be compartmentalized like IC assets.
So a courier gets something from Bill and is tasked with giving it to Jim, without knowing who gave it to Bill, nor who Jim will give it to.
Replace a link above with a good guy/bad guy and the comms chain remains intact, but the message ultimately gets delivered to opposite side.
All the Q posts of pictures of pallets,/shipping containers, and unidentified persons (like the Singapore dude or Avenatti dude) could have been Q taunting the bad guys by showing that his guys intercepted the messages by infiltrating the comms chain.
If so, and Q really does have it all, then the current situation is a Mexican standoff/MAD scenario, Cabal has nothing left to lose but threaten to take everything down with them.
