Of course, this short video and what it proves was based on only 20 samples and some did show UK, Germany and South Korea as attack locations so it was not ONLY Chinese locations.
The data does not prove that the attacks came from CCP but only that many of the locations appear to have originated in China.
The data also hinges on the assumption that the IP system is foolproof.
